Abstract
Description
本発明の特徴であると信ずる新規性は、添付の特許請求の範囲により画定される。しかしながら、本発明及び好ましい実施態様、更に、その目的並びに利点は、添付の図面と共に読まれる際に、以下の例示された実施例の詳細な説明を参照して良好に理解されるであろう。
図5a及び6aは縦の直立型袋の製造に関する本発明の基礎となる要素を示す。同一の参照符号は特に指示がない限り全ての図面にわたって同一の対応する要素を示すために使用される。
以下の表1にこれらの長所の例を示す。
図5b及び6bは平坦な底部を有する袋の製造に関する本発明の基礎となる要素を示す。図5bは本発明の方法により形成された包装材料(フィルム)のチューブの断面図である。図5bに示す包装フィルムのチューブは図6bの形成チューブ101(図5bに破線で示す)の直下の断面図である。包装フィルムのチューブは外側層116及び内側層110を備え、図1において上述したように標準的な縦型の柔軟な袋を製造する当技術分野において通常使用される材料から構成可能である。しかしながら、後述する記載により明らかとなるように、本発明の第1の好適な実施例において、袋は紙のような熱融着できない外側層116から構成される。図5bのチューブは従来技術による形成及び充填機械の方法に関して上述したように、フィルムの1シートを縦の裏側シールを使用して熱融着することにより形成されてきた。
以下の表2にこれらの長所の例を示す。
Claims (9)
- 縦型の形成、充填、及び熱融着機械の形成チューブの周囲に形成されるフィルムのチューブにおいて縦の折り目を付与するガセット形成機構であって、
加圧したガスをフィルムのチューブに対して吹き付ける手段を有する静止したタッカーバーを備え、同加圧したガスを吹き付ける手段は加圧したガス源と連通する、タッカーバー内の少なくとも1つのガスポートを備えることと、該ガスはフィルムのチューブの外層において形成チューブから離間して突出する一対の形成プレートの間に対して吹き付けられることを特徴とするガセット形成機構。 - 前記タッカーバーはフッ素重合体から構成されるヘッド部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガセット形成機構。
- 前記ヘッド部は湾曲した接触領域を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガセット形成機構。
- 前記タッカーバーを着脱自在に取り付ける手段を更に備え、これによりガセット形成機構を使用しない操作に機械を転換することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガセット形成機構。
- 前記タッカーバーを着脱自在に取り付ける手段は機械上の固定取り付け部に取り付けられた拡張バーを備えることと、同拡張バーはタッカーバーと同軸上に配置され、タッカーバーに選択的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガセット形成機構。
- 前記タッカーバーを着脱自在に取り付ける手段は形成プレートに対して少なくとも1つの軸の配向に沿って調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガセット形成機構。
- 前記タッカーバーを着脱自在に取り付ける手段は形成プレートに対して1つ以上の軸の配向に沿って調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガセット形成機構。
- 前記ガスはフィルムチューブの外面に対して一定の圧力により吹き付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガセット形成機構。
- 前記ガスはフィルムチューブの外面に対して圧力による計測したバーストにより噴射されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガセット形成機構。
