Description

Claims (7)
- 流体流制御回転弁であって、
(i) 中心軸を持つ流体流路を含む覆いと、
(ii) 閉鎖配置において前記覆いと協働して流体流路を遮断する密閉面を含むプラグと
(iii) 前記プラグ手段を支え、軸を中心に回転できるように配置された支持シャフト
を含み、前記シャフトの回転が前記プラグ手段を前記覆いに対して動かすことが出来るように、前記軸が前記弁座の中心線に対して垂直であり且つ前記弁座の中心線から距離をとって前記流路の外側に配置された、
流体流制御回転弁。 - 前記流体流路に前記プラグ弁の前記密閉面が提示されるとき、流れは完全に塞がれ、一方、前記プラグが180度回転すると、完全に開いた隙間が提示され、前記プラグ手段の動作機構に起因する障害なしに、弁部位を通る全開流量を可能にする流体流制御回転弁。
- 前記プラグ手段が前記流体流路の直径より大きい半径を持つ、請求項1もしくは2で請求した流体流制御回転弁。
- 前記弁が完全に閉じた位置にあり前記プラグが前記流路を塞ぐときに、前記プラグの縁部と前記覆いとの間に重複部分が存在する、請求項1から3の何れか一項で請求した流体流制御回転弁。
- 前記プラグ手段が平らな面を持ち、前記弁が開口位置にあるとき、前記平らな面が前記流体流路の端と隣接する、請求項1から4の何れか一項で請求した流体流量制御弁。
- 前記弁を5〜200Hzの振動数で開閉するために、前記プラグを前記プラグの軸を中心に回転させるモーターを備える、前述の請求項の何れか一項で請求した流体流制御回転弁。
- 空気を前記流体流路に流し下らせることができる空気供給源を備え、前記弁が10〜100Hzの振動数の空気パルスを与える振動数で回転し得る、請求項6で請求した流体流制御回転弁。
