Claims (11)
- 繊維積層体であって、2つの支持不織布(1,3)と、該2つの支持不織布(1,3)の間に配置された吸収能のある繊維材料(2)とが設けられており、該繊維材料(2)が、水流交絡により結合されている形式のものにおいて、
繊維積層体の面にわたって見て、2つの支持不織布(1,3)の間に存在している吸収能のある繊維材料(2)を備えた領域(12)と、2つの支持不織布(1,3)が、直に重なり合っている領域(13)とが設けられていることを特徴とする、繊維積層体。 - 前記支持不織布(1,3)が、互いに独立して、紡績不織布の層としてか、または短繊維層として形成されている、請求項1記載の繊維積層体。
- 吸収能のある繊維材料(2)が、パルプ層または高吸収性の層として形成されている、請求項1または2記載の繊維積層体。
- 前記支持不織布(1,3)が、乾燥した状態で予め結合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の繊維積層体。
- 前記支持不織布(1,3)の面積重量が、3〜18g/cm2の間、殊に6〜10g/cm2の間にある、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載の繊維積層体。
- 吸収能のある繊維材料(2)の平均的な面積重量が、8〜100g/cm2の間、殊に20〜50g/cm2の間にある、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載の繊維積層体。
- 前記2つの支持不織布(1,3)の間に設けられている吸収能のある繊維材料(2)を備えた領域(12)が、当該繊維積層体に凹凸構造を付与する、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載の繊維積層体。
- 2つの支持不織布(1,3)と、該2つの支持不織布(1,3)との間に配置された吸収能のある繊維材料(2)とを有する繊維積層体を製造するための方法であって、繊維積層体を、構造を与える孔付きステンシル(4)の上方で水流交絡によって結合する方法において、
水噴流処理により、吸収能のある繊維材料(2)を、ウェブ(7)から側方に離れるようにステンシル(4)の開口(6)の方向に押し流すことを特徴とする、繊維積層体を製造するための方法。 - 2つの支持不織布(1,3)と、該2つの支持不織布(1,3)との間に配置された吸収能のある繊維材料(2)とを有する繊維積層体を製造するための装置であって、繊維材料(2)を水流交絡によって結合するユニットが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
当該装置が、0,5〜20mmの直径の開口(6)を備えた、構造を付与する孔付きステンシル(4)を有していることを特徴とする、繊維積層体を製造するための装置。 - 孔付きステンシル(4)が、構造を付与するドラムシェルとして形成されている、請求項9記載の装置。
- 孔付きステンシル(4)が、構造を付与するエンドレスベルトとして形成されている、請求項9記載の装置。
