Claims (28)
- 基部と、前記基部に回転可能に係合された外カニューレと、前記外カニューレ内に位置決めされた内カニューレとを備える回転式外科装置であって、前記内カニューレは、前記外カニューレと前記内カニューレが共に回転するように前記外カニューレに対して固定されている、回転式外科装置。
- 前記内カニューレが、部分的に前記外カニューレ内に配置された部分を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内カニューレが往復動作する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記内カニューレが揺動する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記内カニューレに係合された駆動部材をさらに備えており、前記駆動部材は、前記内カニューレに往復動作を提供する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記内カニューレが前記外カニューレと摺動可能に係合し、前記摺動可能な係合がさらに横方向の支持を提供し、前記外カニューレと前記内カニューレが揃って回転することを許容し続ける、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外カニューレに形成された組織受け口と、前記内カニューレに配置され、前記組織受け口と位置合わせされた切断部とをさらに備えており、前記回転式外科装置は、前記組織受け口と前記切断部の互いに対する円周方向の位置合わせを維持する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基部が、さらに、前記内カニューレに往復動作を提供する駆動装置を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記駆動装置が選択的に取外し可能である、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 基部と、前記基部に回転可能に係合された外カニューレと、部分的に前記外カニューレ内に配置された部分を有する内カニューレと、前記内カニューレを前記外カニューレと揃って回転させるように前記外カニューレと前記内カニューレを作動的に連結する案内部材と、前記内カニューレと往復動係合する駆動部材とを備える、回転式外科装置。
- 前記案内部材が前記外カニューレと固定的に係合される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記内カニューレの往復動作を容易にするように前記駆動部材を前記内カニューレに係合させるリングをさらに備える、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記基部が人間工学的なハンドピースである、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 選択的に回転する外カニューレと、前記外カニューレが選択的に回転されたときに前記外カニューレと同期して回転するように、前記外カニューレに固定的に連結され且つ部分的に前記外カニューレ内に配置された内カニューレとを備える、回転式外科器具。
- 前記内カニューレに往復動作を提供するように前記内カニューレと往復動可能に係合する駆動軸をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の器具。
- 前記駆動軸が前記内カニューレに揺動を提供する、請求項15に記載の器具。
- 前記外カニューレを貫通して形成された組織受け口と、前記内カニューレに配置され、前記組織受け口と位置合わせされた切断部とをさらに備え、前記第1および第2のカニューレの回転範囲全域で前記組織受け口と前記切断部の互いに対する位置合わせを維持する、請求項14に記載の器具。
- 前記内カニューレが、前記内カニューレの遠位端を組織受け口に向かって枢動させるように前記内カニューレに形成されたヒンジをさらに有する、請求項17に記載の器具。
- 基部をさらに備えており、前記外カニューレが前記基部に回転可能に取り付けられている、請求項14に記載の器具。
- 選択的に回転させられる第1のハブと、前記第1のハブが回転されると回転するように前記第1のハブに係合された外カニューレと、第2のハブと、前記第2のハブに係合された内カニューレと、前記第1のハブと前記第2のハブを回転可能に連結する案内部とを備え、前記外カニューレが選択的に回転されるときに前記外カニューレと前記内カニューレが互いに対する向きを維持する、回転式外科器具。
- 前記内カニューレの少なくとも一部が前記外カニューレ内で往復動作する、請求項20に記載の器具。
- 前記内カニューレの少なくとも一部が前記外カニューレ内で揺動する、請求項21に記載の器具。
- 前記案内部が前記第1のハブに固定的に取り付けられ、且つ、前記第2のハブに摺動可能に係合する、請求項21に記載の器具。
- 前記案内部が前記第2のハブによって受け入れられ、これにより、前記第2のハブは、前記案内部との回転連結を維持すると共に往復動作することができる、請求項21に記載の器具。
- 前記第2のハブに回転可能に連結された駆動部材をさらに備え、前記駆動部材が前記第2のハブを往復動させると共に、前記回転連結は、前記第2のハブが前記第1のハブと共に回転することを許容する、請求項21に記載の器具。
- 前記駆動部材が選択的に取外し可能である、請求項25に記載の装置。
- 前記外カニューレを貫通して形成された組織受け口と、前記内カニューレに配置され、前記組織受け口と位置合わせされた切断部とをさらに備え、前記第1および第2のカニューレの回転範囲全域で前記組織受け口と前記切断部の互いに対する位置合わせを維持する、請求項21に記載の器具。
- 前記内カニューレが、前記内カニューレの遠位端を組織受け口に向かって枢動させるように前記内カニューレに形成されたヒンジをさらに有する、請求項27に記載の器具。
