Description
Claims (7)
- 選択的に回転させられる第1のハブと、前記第1のハブが回転されると回転するように前記第1のハブに係合された外カニューレと、第2のハブと、前記第2のハブに係合された内カニューレと、前記第1のハブと前記第2のハブを回転可能に連結する案内部とを備え、前記外カニューレが選択的に回転されるときに前記外カニューレと前記内カニューレが互いに対する向きを維持する、回転式外科器具であって、
前記内カニューレの少なくとも一部が前記外カニューレ内で往復動作し、
前記案内部が前記第1のハブに固定的に取り付けられ、且つ、前記第2のハブに摺動可能に係合する、回転式外科器具。 - 選択的に回転させられる第1のハブと、前記第1のハブが回転されると回転するように前記第1のハブに係合された外カニューレと、第2のハブと、前記第2のハブに係合された内カニューレと、前記第1のハブと前記第2のハブを回転可能に連結する案内部とを備え、前記外カニューレが選択的に回転されるときに前記外カニューレと前記内カニューレが互いに対する向きを維持する、回転式外科器具であって、
前記内カニューレの少なくとも一部が前記外カニューレ内で往復動作し、
前記案内部が前記第2のハブによって受け入れられ、これにより、前記第2のハブは、前記案内部との回転連結を維持すると共に往復動作することができる、回転式外科器具。 - 前記内カニューレの少なくとも一部が前記外カニューレ内で揺動する、請求項1または2に記載の器具。
- 前記第2のハブに回転可能に連結された駆動部材をさらに備え、前記駆動部材は、前記第2のハブが前記第1のハブと共に回転することを許容しながら前記第2のハブを往復動させる、請求項1または2に記載の器具。
- 前記駆動部材が選択的に取外し可能である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記外カニューレを貫通して形成された組織受け口と、前記内カニューレに配置され、前記組織受け口と位置合わせされた切断部とをさらに備え、前記外カニューレおよび前記内カニューレの回転範囲全域で前記組織受け口と前記切断部の互いに対する位置合わせを維持する、請求項1または2に記載の器具。
- 前記内カニューレが、前記内カニューレの遠位端を組織受け口に向かって枢動させるように前記内カニューレに形成されたヒンジをさらに有する、請求項6に記載の器具。
