Claims (7)
- 軸方向にアンダーカットレスに形成された外側球軌道(4)を備えた継手外側部分(3)と、軸方向にアンダーカットレスに形成された内側球軌道(6)を備えた継手内側部分(5)と、対を成した外側球軌道(4)と内側球軌道(6)から形成された球軌道内を案内され、その球中心(Z)が継手中心(M)を中心とした転動円直径(PCD)上に位置し、直径(D)を有するトルク伝達用の複数の球(7)と、円周に分布された複数の窓(9)を備えた保持器(8)とを有し、各球(7)がそれぞれ各保持器窓(9)内に収容され、共通の中心平面(E)内に保持されている固定継手の形態の等速形自在軸継手において、
転動円直径(PCD)と球直径(D)との比が、2.96〜3.08(2.96<PCD/D<3.08)であることを特徴とする固定継手の形態の等速形自在軸継手。 - 保持器が保持器半径方向厚さ(B)を有し、保持器厚さ(B)と転動円直径(PCD)との比が、0.08〜1.0(0.08<B/PCD<0.1)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速形自在軸継手。
- 保持器が保持器半径方向厚さ(B)を有し、保持器厚さ(B)と球直径(D)との比
が、0.27〜0.29(0.27<B/D<0.29)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の等速形自在軸継手。 - 保持器(8)が窓(9)の部位に保持器半径方向厚さ(B)を有し、継手内側部分(5)に固定して結合された軸(15)が担持軸直径(DW)を有し、保持器厚さ(B)と担持軸直径(DW)との比が、0.21〜0.24(0.21<B/DW<0.24)であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の等速形自在軸継手。
- 担持軸直径(DW)が軸方向において、継手内側部分(5)に結合するためのスプライン歯(13)の隣に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の等速形自在軸継手。
- 担持軸直径(DW)がスプライン歯の最大外径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の等速形自在軸継手。
- トルク伝達用球(7)の数が6個であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の等速形自在軸継手。
