Description

が含まれ、ここでR''基は1〜10個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、6〜10個の炭素原子を有するアリール基、及び7〜12個の炭素原子を有するアルキル・アリール基から独立して選択され、R'及びR'''は0〜6個の炭素原子を有する二価の非芳香族炭化水素基であり、X基はハロゲン原子であり、nは1、2又は3である。こういった単量体は、例えば、ビニルアルケニルベンゼンと対応するハロシランとのプラチナ触媒の存在下でのヒドロシリル化反応、それに続く蒸留による分離で調製してもよい。こういった単量体の2つの具体例は(2−ジクロロメチルシリル−エチル)スチレン(DSiSt)及び1−イソプロペニル−3−(1−ジクロロメチルシリルメチル)エチル−ベンゼン(IDEB)である。これらは、例えば、Faustその他に発行された米国特許第6469115号(特許文献2)及び第6268451号(特許文献3)に記載されている。また、4−(クロロジメチルシリル)スチレンが樹枝状重合体のリビング重合に使用されることもある。
Claims (29)
- 重合体部位と、水性環境下で加水分解する1つ以上の結合を介して前記重合体部位に共有結合された治療薬を含み、前記1つ以上の結合がSi−N結合、Si−O結合、又はその組合せを含む治療用重合体。
- 前記重合体部位が共有結合された複数の異なる治療薬を含む、請求項1に記載の治療用重合体。
- 前記重合体部位が単量体成分の異なる複数の重合体鎖を含む、請求項1に記載の治療用重合体。
- 前記重合体部位が飽和又は不飽和炭素骨格を含む、請求項1に記載の治療用重合体。
- 前記重合体部位が複数のペンダント芳香族基を含む、請求項1に記載の治療用重合体。
- 前記ペンダント芳香族基が非置換フェニル基、置換フェニル基及びその組み合わせから選択される、請求項5に記載の治療用重合体。
- 前記重合体部位が複数のペンダントアルキル基を含む、請求項1に記載の治療用重合体。
- 前記アルキル基がメチル基、エチル基及びその組み合わせから選択される、請求項7に記載の治療用重合体。
- 前記重合体部位がランダム又は交互共重合体鎖を含む、請求項1に記載の治療用重合体。

- 前記治療用物品が農業用組成物である、請求項16に記載の治療用物品。

- 前記共有結合された治療薬が抗血栓剤、抗増殖剤、抗炎症薬、抗遊走薬、細胞外器質産生及び組織化に影響する薬剤、抗腫瘍薬、抗有糸分裂薬、麻酔薬、抗血液凝固剤、血管細胞成長促進剤、血管細胞成長阻害薬、コレステロール降下薬、血管拡張剤、及び内因性血管作動機構阻害剤から選択された薬剤から誘導される、請求項28に記載の治療用物品。
