Claims (13)
- 生分解性ポリマー領域を有する植え込み可能または挿入可能な結晶性フラグメントを含まない医療デバイスであって、前記生分解性ポリマー領域が、(a)1000から2000ダルトンの範囲の数平均分子量(Mn)を有するポリ(エチレングリコール)ブロックを含む37°Cを下回るガラス転移温度を示す非結晶性ポリマーブロック、および(b)ポリ(d,lラクチド)ブロックを含む37°Cを超えるガラス転移温度を示す非結晶性生分解性ポリマーブロック、を有する生分解性ブロックコポリマーを含む、植え込み可能または挿入可能な医療デバイス。
- 前記医療デバイスが、ステント、ステントグラフト、血管グラフト、ガイドワイヤ、バルーン、大静脈フィルタ、大脳動脈瑠フィラーコイル、心筋プラグ、心臓弁、血管弁および組織工学スカフォルドから選択される、請求項1に記載の植え込み可能または挿入可能な医療デバイス。

- 前記生分解性ブロックコポリマーが、(a)37°Cを下回るガラス転移温度を示す単一の非結晶性ポリマーブロック、および(b)37°Cを超えるガラス転移温度を示す2つの非結晶性生分解性ポリマーブロック、を含むトリブロックコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の植え込み可能または挿入可能な医療デバイス。
- 複数の前記生分解性ポリマー領域を有する、請求項1に記載の植え込み可能または挿入可能な医療デバイス。
