Claims (10)
- 第1の加圧流体源(202)と、
少なくとも1つの流体アクチュエータ(18)と、
第1の命令(312)に応答して第1の加圧流体源からタンク(206)に加圧流体を選択的に連通させるように構成される、第1の加圧流体源と少なくとも1つの流体アクチュエータとの間に配置された第1の弁(208)であって、第1の命令が第1の弁の所定の流れ面積に少なくとも部分的に基づく第1の弁と
を備える油圧システム(200)。 - 少なくとも1つの流体アクチュエータが第1の複数の流体アクチュエータ(18、20)であり、油圧システムが、第1の加圧流体源と、第1の弁と、第1の複数の流体アクチュエータとを流体連通する第1の通路(258)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の油圧システム。
- オペレータ入力(302)を受信して、第1の命令を第1の弁に通信し、第2の命令(314)を第1の加圧流体源に通信するように構成された制御器(104)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の油圧システム。
- 第2の命令が、第1の弁を通した加圧流体流の推定量と、第1の加圧流体源を通した加圧流体流の所定値とに少なくとも部分的に基づく、請求項3に記載の油圧システム。
- 第1の命令が、オペレータ入力と第1の弁の変位値とに関係するルックアップテーブル(304)を介して決定され、
第2の命令が、
第1の弁の変位と第1の弁の流れとに関係するルックアップテーブル(306)を介して第1の弁の流れを推定し、
オペレータ入力と第1の加圧流体源の流れとに関係するルックアップテーブル(308)を介して第1の加圧流体源の流れを決定し、そして
推定された第1の弁の流れと、決定された第1の加圧流体源の流れとを加える(310)こと
によって決定される、請求項3に記載の油圧システム。 - 第2の加圧流体源(204)と、
第2の複数の流体アクチュエータ(20、22)と、
第2の加圧流体源と第2の複数の流体アクチュエータとの間に配置された第2の弁(210)であって、第2の弁が、第3の命令に応答して移動可能であり、第3の命令が第2の弁の所定の流れ面積に少なくとも部分的に基づく第2の弁と
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の油圧システム。 - 油圧システム(200)を作動する方法であって、
流体を加圧することと、
第1の流路と第1の弁ステムとを有する第1の弁(208)に向かって加圧流体を導くことと、
加圧流体の量を第1の流路を通してタンク(206)に選択的に導くことと、
オペレータインタフェース命令(302)と、第1の弁の所定の流れ面積とに少なくとも部分的に応答して、第1の流路の面積を選択的に変更することと
を含む方法。 - 流体を加圧することが、第1の加圧流体源(202)で流体を加圧することを含み、方法が、
第1の弁の所定の流れ面積に少なくとも部分的に基づき、オペレータ入力と第1の弁の変位値とに関係するルックアップテーブルに少なくとも部分的に基づき第1の命令(312)を決定することと、
第1の弁の変位値と、推定された弁の流量とに関係するルックアップテーブルに少なくとも部分的に基づき第2の命令を決定することと、
オペレータ入力と第1の加圧流体源の流量とに関係するルックアップテーブルに少なくとも部分的に基づき第3の命令を決定することと、
第2及び第3の命令の和に少なくとも部分的に基づき第4の命令(314)を決定することと、
第1の命令を第1の弁に選択的に通信することと、
第4の命令を第1の加圧流体源に選択的に通信することと
をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 流体を加圧することが、第1の流体を第1の圧力に加圧して、第1の流量で第1の流体を導くことと、第2の流体を第2の圧力に加圧して、第2の流量で第2の流体を導くこととを含み、方法が、
第1の流量を有する流体を第1の弁に向かって導くことと、
第2の流量を有する流体を第2の弁(210)に向かって導くことと、
第1の流体の少なくとも一部分が第1の弁を通してタンクに流れることを選択的に可能にすることと、
第2の流体の少なくとも一部分が第2の弁を通してタンクに流れることを選択的に可能にすることと
をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 作業器具(14)と、
フレーム(12)と、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の油圧システムと
を備える作業機械(1)。
