Description

Claims (5)
- 気化した滅菌剤を用いて滅菌を検出する方法であって、
滅菌剤/水の蒸気を発生して、該蒸気を、滅菌する封止空間に供給するステップと、
滅菌剤の蒸気を供給し続けて前記封止空間中の滅菌剤の濃度を上昇させるステップと、
前記蒸気中の前記滅菌剤の濃度を監視するステップと、
凝結が起こり、前記空間中の全ての細菌を滅菌したことを示す所定の最小水準まで濃度の変化率が降下したことを検出し、滅菌剤の蒸気の供給を終わらせるステップと
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記滅菌剤/水の蒸気の濃度の前記所定の最小の変化率は、正の変化率であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記濃度の所定の最小の変化率は負の変化率であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記密閉空間中の前記雰囲気の前記温度を監視し、滅菌剤/水の蒸気の前記封止空間への供給を、前記濃度の変化率が前記所定の水準まで降下するまで、温度が上昇している間、継続することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記滅菌剤/水の蒸気を前記チャンバに供給して、該チャンバ中の前記滅菌剤の濃度の上昇中に多数の雰囲気の交換を該チャンバ中に生じさせることを特徴とする方法。
