Description
Claims (10)
- 細長部材の外側表面に複数の溝を形成する装置であって、前記装置は
その内側表面に複数の切断手段を備える円筒形カッターと、
使用時に円筒形カッターの内面に押し付けるようにして細長部材を支えるように構成された第1及び第2の回転可能な位置決め手段を備え、
前記円筒形カッターは、カッター回転手段内に備えられ、前記カッター回転手段の回転により前記円筒形カッターが回転し、使用時は前記円筒形カッターの回転により前記第1及び第2の回転可能な位置決め手段と前記円筒形カッターの内側表面で支えられている細長部材が前記円筒形カッターの内側表面に関連して回転し、前記細長部材が前記円筒形カッターを通って移動し、前記複数の切断手段が前記細長部材の外部表面に複数の溝を形成することを特徴とする装置。 - 回転可能な制御手段をさらに備え、前記回転可能な制御手段が前記第1及び第2の回転可能な位置決め手段両方と接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回転可能な制御手段は、第1及び第2の制御ローラを備え、前記第1の制御ローラが前記第1及び第2の回転可能な位置決め手段の一方の端付近で前記第1及び第2の回転可能な位置決め手段と接するように位置し、前記第2の制御ローラが前記第1及び第2の回転可能な位置決め手段の他方の端付近で前記第1及び第2の回転可能な位置決め手段と接するよう位置することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は1以上の制御回転手段をさらに備え、前記制御回転手段又は複数の制御回転手段それぞれが使用時に前記回転可能な制御手段を回転させるよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記切断部材が、前記円筒形カッターの縦軸に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする前記請求項いずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記切断部材が、前記円筒形カッターの縦軸に対して10度から40度の角度で傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記切断部材が、前記円筒形カッターの縦軸に対してほぼ25度の角度で傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記円筒形カッターが、複数の切断部材を備え、前記複数の切断部材それぞれがひとつの切断手段を備えることを特徴とする前記請求項いずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記円筒形カッターの内面が、縦軸方向に弓形であることを特徴とする前記請求項いずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記円筒形カッターが、装置内の前記第1及び第2の回転可能な位置決め手段及び細長部材の軸に対して回転するようにずれて配されることを特徴とする前記請求項いずれかに記載の装置。
