- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の少なくとも1つのフィルタ層(1)と、少なくとも一部で構造化された少なくとも1つの金属箔(7)と、円錐形に形成されるハウジング(8)とを含むハニカム体(6)であって、前記少なくとも1つのフィルタ層(1)と前記少なくとも1つの金属箔(7)は、変化する通路横断面(10)をそれぞれ1つ有する多数の通路(9)が形成されるようにハウジング(8)内に配置されているハニカム体。
- 通路(9)が少なくとも1箇所(11)で少なくとも部分的に閉鎖されている請求項8記載のハニカム体(6)。
- 少なくとも部分的にガス透過性の材料から成るフィルタ層(1)を製造するための方法であって、
a)帯状金属繊維フリース(12)を用意する;
b)繊維フリース(12)を複数のセグメント(2)に分離する;
c)異なる長さ(19)の相向き合う稜(3)を有するフィルタ層(1)が形成されるように複数のセグメント(2)を配置する;
d)複数のセグメント(2)を結合する;
ことから成るステップを含む方法。 - ステップa)とステップb)との間になお行われるステップab)が、繊維フリース(12)の少なくとも1つの稜(3)の領域にガス不透過性の襟部(5)を取付けることを含む請求項9記載の方法。
- ステップb)は、セグメント(2)の中心軸線(13)を基準に斜めの鏡像的切断線(14)が生成されるように繊維フリース(12)を切断することを含む請求項9または10記載の方法。
- ステップc)がセグメント(2)の交互的位置決めを含む請求項9ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- ステップab)、d)の少なくとも1つがローラシーム溶接による溶接を含む請求項9ないし12のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- さらにステップe)として、側端加工の際にフィルタ層(1)の少なくとも片側(15)が所定の形状とされる請求項9ないし12のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 自動車(18)の内燃機関(17)の排出ガス流のパティキュレートを少なくとも一時的に抑制しかつ少なくとも部分的に変化させるための排出ガス浄化装置(16)であって、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の、または請求項9ないし14記載の方法に従って製造された少なくとも1つのフィルタ層(1)、または
請求項7または8のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つのハニカム体(6)を少なくとも含む排出ガス浄化装置。
