Claims (7)
- 安定化放射性医薬組成物であって、
(i)インビボでの投与時に哺乳動物体内の特定部位をターゲティングする、123Iで標識された合成化合物と、
(ii)上記123I標識合成化合物の放射線分解を安定化させるのに有効な量のゲンチシン酸又はその生体適合性陽イオンとの塩とを含む安定剤と、
(iii)水性の生体適合性担持溶媒
とを含み、
溶媒中の123Iの放射能濃度が8〜1000MBq/cm3の範囲であり、生体適合性担持溶媒のpHが4.5〜8.5の範囲であるが、ただし、哺乳動物体内の特定部位をターゲティングする合成化合物が、m−ヨードベンジルグアニジンの場合には、生体適合性担持溶媒のpHが5.0〜8.5の範囲である、放射性医薬組成物。 - 前記合成化合物が、生体受容体、酵素又は生体トランスポーターをインビボでターゲティングする、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 123Iが合成化合物のフェニル基又はビニル基に共有結合しており、該フェニル基が1以上の活性化基(Xa)(式中、Xaは−OH及び−NH2から選ばれる)で置換されている、請求項1又は請求項2記載の組成物。
- 当該組成物が適当なシリンジ又は容器に入った状態で提供される、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 溶媒中の前記安定剤の濃度が0.02〜1.0%(w/v)の範囲である、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のゲンチシン酸安定剤の生体適合性担持溶媒への溶液を含む無色の滅菌安定剤原液であって、上記溶液が、酸素ガスが除去された環境中に保持されている、滅菌安定剤原液。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の安定化放射性医薬組成物の製造方法であって、以下の滅菌溶液:
(iii)請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の123I標識合成化合物の生体適合性担持溶媒への溶液、及び
(iv)請求項6記載のゲンチシン酸原液の一部
を混合する工程を含み、
得られる混合溶媒中の123I標識放射性医薬品生成物の放射能濃度が8〜1000MBq/cm3の範囲であり、得られる放射性医薬組成物中の生体適合性担持溶媒のpHが、4.5〜8.5の範囲である、方法。
