Abstract
【解決手段】車両に搭載されたバッテリ19を商用電源6のコンセント5から充電する充電手段12,15と、充電手段12,15が充電する際に、バッテリ19の状態を検出する検出手段16〜18とを備え、検出手段16〜18が検出した状態に応じて充電手段12,15をオン/オフ制御する車両用電源制御装置。コンセント5を通じて、高速電力線通信(PLC)のネットワーク(2)に接続する手段13と、接続する手段13が接続したネットワーク(2)により、検出手段16〜18が検出した状態を送信する送信手段14,13とを備えている。

Description
また、電力線(国内では屋内のみ)に高速のデータを重畳させて通信を行う高速電力線通信(PLC;Power Line Communications)が普及しつつある。
図1は、本発明に係る車両用電源制御装置の実施の形態の概略構成を示すブロック図である。
この車両用電源制御装置は、プラグインハイブリッド車に搭載されており、車載バッテリとしてリチウムイオン電池19を制御する。リチウムイオン電池19は、家庭内の商用電源6から充電する場合、商用電源6、家庭用のコンセント5、プラグ4、整流回路12及びリレー接点15の配線経路で充電される。整流回路12は、商用電源6からの100Vの交流電力を、例えばリチウムイオン電池19の充電用電圧値である42Vの直流電力に整流する。
一方、屋内側では、コンセント5(又は別のコンセント)にプラグ3が差し込まれ、プラグ3からの電線は、高速電力線通信用のルータ2(又はモデム)に接続されている。ルータ2(又はモデム)は、電話線又は光ケーブル等を経由してインターネット1に接続している。従って、プラグ4及びプラグ3が同じ家屋内のコンセントに差し込まれているとき、携帯電話8及びパーソナルコンピュータ7は、インターネット1を経由して、PLCアダプタ13及び電源制御部14側と通信を行うことが可能である。
電源制御部14は、先ず、電圧検出器11が検出したプラグ4の電圧値Vpを読込む(S1)。次いで、読込んだ電圧値Vpが所定の電圧範囲V1〜V2内に有るか否かを判定し(S3)、所定の電圧範囲V1〜V2内に有れば、リレー(接点)15をオンにする(S5)。所定の電圧範囲V1〜V2外で有れば、再度、プラグ4の電圧値Vpを読込む(S1)。
電源制御部14は、次に、電流値Ibが所定電流値I1以上であるか否かを判定し(S11)、所定電流値I1以上でなければ、温度Tが所定温度T1以上であるか否かを判定する(S13)。
電源制御部14は、次に、判定した残容量SOCが、例えば100%以上であるか否かを判定する(S17)。100%以上でなければ、携帯電話8又はパーソナルコンピュータ7から着信し、PLCアダプタ13で高速電力線通信の回線を接続しているか否かを判定する(S19)。
電源制御部14は、回線を接続していれば(S19)、判定した残容量SOC、電流値Ib、電圧値Vb及び温度Tを、着信している携帯電話8又はパーソナルコンピュータ7へ送信する(S21)。
電源制御部14は、次に、切断要求が来ているか否かを判定し(S23)、切断要求が来ていなければ、所定時間(例えば1秒間)待機した(S7)後、電流値Ib、電圧値Vb及び温度Tを読込む(S9)。
電源制御部14は、切断要求が来ていれば(S23)、高速電力線通信の回線をPLCアダプタ13に切断させた(S25)後、所定時間(例えば1秒間)待機した(S7)後、電流値Ib、電圧値Vb及び温度Tを読込む(S9)。
電源制御部14は、回線を接続していなければ(S29)、所定時間(例えば1秒間)待機した(S7)後、電流値Ib、電圧値Vb及び温度Tを読込む(S9)。
電源制御部14は、切断要求が来ていれば(S33)、高速電力線通信の回線をPLCアダプタ13に切断させた(S35)後、所定時間(例えば1秒間)待機した(S7)後、電流値Ib、電圧値Vb及び温度Tを読込む(S9)。
電源制御部14は、回線を接続していなければ(S39)、所定時間(例えば1秒間)待機した(S7)後、電流値Ib、電圧値Vb及び温度Tを読込む(S9)。
電源制御部14は、切断要求が来ていれば(S43)、高速電力線通信の回線をPLCアダプタ13に切断させた(S45)後、所定時間(例えば1秒間)待機した(S7)後、電流値Ib、電圧値Vb及び温度Tを読込む(S9)。

Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載されたバッテリを商用電源のコンセントから充電する充電手段と、該充電手段が充電する際に、前記バッテリの状態を検出する検出手段とを備え、該検出手段が検出した状態に応じて前記充電手段をオン/オフ制御する車両用電源制御装置であって、
前記コンセントを通じて、高速電力線通信(PLC)のネットワークに接続する手段と、該手段が接続したネットワークにより、前記検出手段が検出した状態を送信する送信手段とを備えることを特徴とする車両用電源制御装置。 - 前記検出手段は、前記バッテリの電圧値を検出する電圧検出器を有する請求項1記載の車両用電源制御装置。
- 前記検出手段は、前記バッテリへの充電電流値を検出する電流検出器を更に有する請求項2記載の車両用電源制御装置。
- 前記検出手段は、前記バッテリの温度を検出する温度検出器を更に有する請求項2又は3記載の車両用電源制御装置。
- 前記電圧検出器が検出した電圧値に基づき、前記バッテリの残容量(SOC)を判定する手段を更に備え、前記送信手段は、該手段が判定した残容量(SOC)を前記ネットワークにより送信するように構成してある請求項2乃至4の何れか1項に記載の車両用電源制御装置。
