(3)前記実施例は、エルゴチオネインを有効成分として含むキノコ抽出液の例であるが、エルゴチオネインを含有すればどのような動植物を原料としてもよい。また、動植物の抽出物のみならず、動植物の抽出物からエルゴチオネインを単離・精製したものを用いてもよいし、エルゴチオネインの誘導体であってもよい。
(4)前記実施例は、抽出物を液体として使用したが、水分をなくして粉末状などとして使用してもよい。
