Abstract
【解決手段】燃焼プレート22から噴出した混合気が燃焼する空間を囲う燃焼筐1の部分の内側面に断熱材料製の被覆体7が取付けられる。被覆体7は、燃焼筐1の内面に接する外側面側に凹部7aを有する断面コ字状に形成され、この凹部7aで断熱空気層7bが画成される。断熱空気層7bの厚さt2は、被覆体7の全厚さt1の28%〜44%に設定される。また、被覆体7の内側面の上縁に面取り部7cを形成して、熱を拾いにくくする。

Claims (3)
- 燃焼筐内に、多数の炎孔を有する燃焼プレートを上面に備える全一次燃焼式のバーナを配置した燃焼装置において、
燃焼プレートから噴出した混合気が燃焼する空間を囲う燃焼筐の部分の内側面に断熱材料製の被覆体が取付けられ、
被覆体は、燃焼筐の内側面に接する外側面側に凹部を有する断面コ字状に形成され、この凹部で断熱空気層が画成されることを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 前記断熱空気層の厚さは、前記燃焼筐の内側面から前記被覆体の内側面までの被覆体の全厚さの28%〜44%に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記被覆体の内側面の上縁に面取り部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃焼装置。
