Description
電素子の低温側を冷却した際に温度が上昇し、予熱された状態でバーナに供給されるので
、バーナの燃焼効率を向上させることができる。
場合には、燃焼筐の側壁の全周にわたって熱発電素子による断熱効果が得られ、燃焼筐の
側壁の過剰な温度上昇が抑制されて燃焼筐の耐久性を向上させることができる。
Claims (4)
- バーナを収容し、側壁が空隙を存して該バーナを包囲する燃焼筐を備え、バーナにより高温側が加熱される熱発電素子を前記燃焼筐に設けた燃焼装置において、
前記バーナを、燃料ガスと強制的に送られる一次空気との混合気のみで燃焼させる全一次空気燃焼式のバーナとし、
前記熱発電素子を、前記燃焼筐の前記バーナに隣接して高温加熱領域が形成される側壁に貫通させて設け、該熱発電素子の高温側を該燃焼筐の内部に位置させると共に低温側を該燃焼筐の外部に位置させ、
前記燃焼筐に、該燃焼筐の外部から該燃焼筐の側壁と前記バーナとの間の空隙へ向かう気流を遮断する遮断壁を設け、
前記燃焼筐の外側に、外気を導入し、一次空気として前記バーナに供給するための一次空気流路を設け、
前記熱発電素子の低温側を、前記一次空気流路の内部に位置させ、
前記一次空気流路内に、前記外気の導入及び一次空気の供給を行うファンを設けたことを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 前記熱発電素子は、前記燃焼筐の側壁の一部に設けられ、該燃焼筐の側壁の他部には、断熱部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記熱発電素子は、前記燃焼筐の側壁全周に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記熱発電素子の低温側に冷却水が流動する冷却水管を密着させたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載の燃焼装置。
