Abstract
【解決手段】走行モータ6と、この走行モータ6の回転を減速する遊星減速機構7と、車軸を形成するスピンドル8と、このスピンドル8にテーパ軸受9を介して支持され、遊星減速機構7によって回転するホイール10とを備え、遊星減速機構7が、走行モータ6のシャフト12の回転によって回転する太陽ギヤ13と、この太陽ギヤ13の回転に応じてホイール10を回転させる遊星ギヤ18と、この遊星ギヤ18を保持するキャリア21とを含む走行装置において、スピンドル8とキャリア21とを結合させるスプライン結合部23と、このスプライン結合部23に遊星減速機構7の内部の潤滑油を導く油路、例えばリテーナ24に形成される溝部25とを設けた構成にしてある。

Claims (5)
- 走行モータと、この走行モータの回転を減速する遊星減速機構と、車軸を形成するスピンドルと、このスピンドルにテーパ軸受を介して支持され、上記遊星減速機構によって回転するホイールとを備え、
上記遊星減速機構が、上記走行モータのシャフトの回転によって回転する太陽ギヤと、この太陽ギヤの回転に応じて上記ホイールを回転させる遊星ギヤと、この遊星ギヤを保持するキャリアとを含む走行装置において、
上記スピンドルと上記キャリアとを結合させるスプライン結合部と、このスプライン結合部に上記遊星減速機構の内部の潤滑油を導く油路とを設けたことを特徴とする走行装置。 - 上記請求項1記載の発明において、
上記スピンドルの端面及び上記キャリアに当接するとともに、上記テーパ軸受を押圧するリテーナを備え、このリテーナに上記油路を形成したことを特徴とする走行装置。 - 上記請求項2記載の発明において、
上記油路は、溝部から成ることを特徴とする走行装置。 - 上記請求項2記載の発明において、
上記リテーナに、上記遊星減速機構の内部の潤滑油を上記油路に案内する案内部を設けたことを特徴とする走行装置。 - 上記請求項4記載の発明において、
上記案内部は、上記テーパ軸受の開口部内径よりも大きく設定され、上記潤滑油を上記油路に案内する傾斜面を有するつば部から成ることを特徴とする走行装置。
