Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、液体回路(14)のための信号用磁気プラグ(10)であって、液体に含まれる可能性がある金属粒子の存在を検出するために、磁気プラグが取り付けられたときに液体回路を流れる液体に接触する第1の磁気電極(26)および第2の磁気電極(28)を含むプラグに関する。本発明は、第1および第2の電極の間に配置され、磁気プラグが取り付けられたときに液体回路を流れる液体にやはり接触するように設計された、好ましくは非磁性である中間電極(38)を、プラグがさらに含むことで、上記プラグがそのような金属粒子の存在を早期に検出できるようにしたことを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- 液体回路(14、114)に配置するための信号用磁気プラグ(10、110)にして、互いに絶縁された第1の磁気電極(26、126)および第2の磁気電極(28、128)を有し、第1の磁気電極(26、126)および第2の磁気電極(28、128)が、液体によって運ばれる可能性がある強磁性型の金属粒子(16、116)の存在を検出する目的のために、磁気プラグ(10、110)が取り付けられたときに液体回路を流れる液体に接触するように設計されている信号用磁気プラグ(10、110)であって、第1および第2の電極の間に配置され、磁気プラグが取り付けられたときに液体回路を流れる液体にやはり接触するように設計された、好ましくは非磁性である中間電極(38、138)をさらに備えることで、前記プラグ(10、110)がそのような金属粒子の存在を早期に検出できるようにしたことを特徴とする、前記磁気プラグ。
- 第1および第2の磁気電極(26、126;28、128)が、絶縁部(34、134)によって互いに隔てられており、中間電極(38、138)が、第1および第2の磁気電極のどちらにも接触しないように、少なくとも部分的に絶縁部(34、134)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁気プラグ。
- 中間電極(38)が、絶縁部(34)の外周を巡って配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の磁気プラグ。
- 第1および第2の磁気電極(126、128)ならびに中間電極(138)が、絶縁部(134)から突き出している棒の形態であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の磁気プラグ。
- 絶縁部(34、134)を構成している材料が、非磁性であることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の磁気プラグ。
- 第1および第2の磁気電極ならびに中間電極が、互いに絶縁された電気端子(30、32、40、130、132、140)を有し、電気端子(30、32、40、130、132、140)が、電気回路(22、122)へと接続されるように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の磁気プラグ。
- 液体回路(14、114)が、油回路であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の磁気プラグ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の磁気プラグを少なくとも1つ備える、航空機の機器。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の磁気プラグが取り付けられた油回路を含む、航空機のエンジン(9)。
