Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の電力ケーブルの接続部は、一端部側が閉鎖された円筒状の導体挿入孔64を有する内部導体6と、導体挿入孔にプラグイン接続されるケーブル導体接続端部とを備えている。当該ケーブル導体接続端部は、ケーブル導体32の先端部に固定される接続端子7を備え、当該接続端子は、先端部にチューリップコンタクト8の一端部側に挿入し、引き留めるための円柱状の引出部71を有し、後端部にケーブル導体の軸方向に沿って通電部72および圧縮部73を備えている。

Description
内部導体の閉鎖部の中心部には引出部と対向するように円柱状のボスが導体挿入孔と同心状に突設され、ボスにはチューリップコンタクトの他端部側が挿入され、引き止められているものである。

Claims (6)
- 一端部側が閉鎖された円筒状の導体挿入孔を有する内部導体と、前記導体挿入孔にプラグイン接続されるケーブル導体接続端部とを備え、
前記ケーブル導体接続端部は、ケーブル導体の先端部に固定される接続端子を備え、
前記接続端子は、先端部にチューリップコンタクトの一端部側に挿入し、引き留めるための円柱状の引出部を有し、後端部に前記ケーブル導体の軸方向に沿って通電部および圧縮部を備えることを特徴とする電力ケーブルの接続部。 - 前記内部導体の閉鎖部の中心部には前記引出部と対向するように円柱状のボスが前記導体挿入孔と同心状に突設され、前記ボスには前記チューリップコンタクトの他端部側が挿入され、引き止められていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力ケーブルの接続部。
- 前記通電部は、前記接続端子の外周に設けられた環状の凹溝と、前記凹溝に円周方向に沿って嵌着され、それ自身が前記導体挿入孔の内周壁に電気的に接触可能な導電性のばね状接触子またはコイルスプリングとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電力ケーブルの接続部。
- 前記ばね状接触子は、前記ばね状接触子の幅方向と相互に平行して配置され、それ自身が前記導体挿入孔の径方向に伸縮可能な複数の接触片を備え、前記各接触片は前記接触片の伸縮領域においてV字状を呈していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3何れか1項記載の電力ケーブルの接続部。
- 前記通電部と前記圧縮部との連設部には環状の凹陥部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4何れか1項記載の電力ケーブルの接続部。
- 前記通電部の外径は前記導体挿入孔の内径よりも若干小径とされ、前記引出部および前記圧縮部の外径は前記通電部の外径よりも小径とされていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5何れか1項記載の電力ケーブルの接続部。
