Abstract
【解決手段】 ステータ(2)と軸(8)に相対回転不能に結合されたロータ(6)とを有するダイナモ電気機械(1)であって、一方の軸末端にロータ位置エンコーダ(9)があり、非接触式センサ(10)がロータ(6)の周りに配置されており、これらのセンサがロータ(6)の表面温度を検出し、かつロータ位置エンコーダ(9)と一緒にロータ(6)の位置正確な温度マップを生成する。

Claims (7)
- ステータ(2)と軸(8)に相対回転不能に結合されたロータ(6)とを有するダイナモ電気機械(1)であって、一方の軸末端にロータ位置エンコーダ(9)があり、非接触式センサ(10)がロータ(6)の周りに配置されており、これらのセンサがロータ(6)の表面温度を検出し、かつロータ位置エンコーダ(9)と一緒にロータ(6)の位置正確な温度マップを生成するダイナモ電気機械。
- センサ(10)がロータ(6)の正面に向き合わせて、および/又はステータ(2)に、配置されている請求項1記載のダイナモ電気機械。
- ステータ(2)のセンサ(10)が、少なくとも、空隙に向き合わせて軸線方向に延びる歯列に配置されている請求項2記載のダイナモ電気機械。
- センサ(10)がロータ(6)の正面に向き合わせて、特にラインセンサとして形成されている請求項2又は3記載のダイナモ電気機械。
- ロータ(6)の表面温度が赤外線測定システムによって検出される請求項1から4の1つに記載のダイナモ電気機械。
- センサ(10)のデータが処理ユニット(13)に転送され、かつロータ位置エンコーダ(9)と一緒にロータ(6)の位置正確な温度マップを生成し、この温度マップに依存してファンが制御されおよび/又は通知が中断されおよび/又は機械の停止が開始される請求項1から5の1つに記載のダイナモ電気機械。
- 以下のステップによって請求項1から6の1つに記載のロータ(6)の位置正確な温度マップを生成するための方法。
ロータ(6)の正面の温度を検出しおよび/又はステータ(2)の空隙に向き合う歯列の軸線方向推移の温度を検出するステップ、
ロータ位置エンコーダ(9)によってロータ位置を検出するステップ、および
データを集めて処理ユニット(13)に送り、該処理ユニットがロータ(6)の位置正確な温度マップを生成し、該温度マップが、例えば通知を中断しおよび/又は機械停止を引き起こすか否かの制御ユニットの決断のための基礎を形成するステップ。
