Abstract
【解決手段】水素充填用ホース金具4bは、ニップル5内に水素ガスWの流通路8が形成され、流通路8の一方は水素ガスWの流入口5aとなり、他方は水素ガスWの流出口5bとなっている。また、前記流通路8内には、緊急遮断弁6が組み込まれ、スプリング等の弾性部材7を介して常時開弁方向、即ち、流出口5b側に附勢されている。緊急遮断弁6は、弁体6Aの一端側に流通路8の流出口5b側に形成された段部10に気密的に当接する板状の円板体9aを設けると共に、他端側には、流通路8の流入口5a側に形成された弁座11に気密的に当接する駒状の載頭円錐部材9bが形成され、前記円板体9aには、周方向に90度間隔で流通穴12が形成されている。

Claims (2)
- 水素ガス供給源と充填タンクとを接続する充填ホースの端末部に設けるニップル内に緊急遮断弁を組み込んだ水素充填用ホース金具であって、
前記緊急遮断弁は、水素ガス供給源側の圧力が、充填タンク内の水素ガス圧よりも低くなった時に流通路を遮断するように構成し、前記ニップルと緊急遮断弁との少なくとも一方を非金属材料により構成したことを特徴とする水素充填用ホース金具。 - 前記ニップルと緊急遮断弁との接触面に非金属材料を被覆した請求項1に記載の水素充填用ホース金具。
