Abstract
【解決手段】所定量の改質原料50を流動層改質炉2に供給する改質原料供給装置19と、流動層燃焼炉1に加熱用燃料40を供給する燃料供給装置5と、流動層改質炉2に供給される改質原料50が流動層改質炉2内で改質を完了できる熱量を流動層燃焼炉1内の循環粒子に付与するよう流動層燃焼炉1に供給する加熱用燃料50を調節する制御装置29とを備える。

Claims (7)
- 改質原料と共に水蒸気を供給し循環粒子により加熱することにより改質原料を改質して改質ガスを生成する流動層改質炉と、流動層改質炉の循環粒子を導入し加熱用燃料の燃焼により前記循環粒子を加熱する流動層燃焼炉と、流動層燃焼炉から排出される高温流体を導入して燃焼排ガスと循環粒子とに分離し分離した循環粒子を前記流動層改質炉に供給する分離器とを備えた循環流動層改質装置であって、所定量の改質原料を流動層改質炉に供給する改質原料供給装置と、流動層燃焼炉に加熱用燃料を供給する燃料供給装置と、流動層改質炉に供給される改質原料が流動層改質炉内で改質を完了できる熱量を流動層燃焼炉内の循環粒子に付与するよう流動層燃焼炉に供給する加熱用燃料を調節する制御装置と、を備えたことを特徴とする循環流動層改質装置。
- 前記流動層燃焼炉に供給する流動空気を調節する空気調節手段を備え、空気調節手段により流動層燃焼炉と流動層改質炉との間の循環粒子の循環量を調節する請求項1に記載の循環流動層改質装置。
- 前記流動層改質炉内の温度を検出する温度検出器を備え、該温度検出器の検出温度が所定温度に維持されるよう流動層燃焼炉に供給する加熱用燃料の供給量を調節する請求項1又は2に記載の循環流動層改質装置。
- 前記流動層改質炉出口の改質ガスの濃度を検出する濃度検出手段を備え、該濃度検出手段の検出濃度が所定濃度に維持されるよう流動層燃焼炉に供給する加熱用燃料の供給量を調節する請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の循環流動層改質装置。
- 前記流動層改質炉に供給する改質原料は炭化水素ガス、重油、石油精製ピッチの少なくとも1つである請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の循環流動層改質装置。
- 前記流動層燃焼炉に供給する加熱用燃料は廃棄物、汚泥、石炭、或いは前記改質原料の少なくとも1つである請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の循環流動層改質装置。
- 前記循環粒子は改質活性作用を有する触媒である請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の循環流動層改質装置。
