Abstract
【解決手段】複数のPC鋼線材と、前記PC鋼線材を収納するように配された樹脂組成物層と、前記樹脂組成物層の外周を覆うシースを有するプレグラウトPC鋼材であって、前記樹脂組成物層が熱可塑性樹脂組成物よりなることを特徴とするプレグラウトPC鋼材、及び、このプレグラウトPC鋼材をコンクリート中に埋設する工程1、前記コンクリートが硬化した後、前記樹脂組成物層を加熱して軟化させる工程2、工程2の後前記PC鋼線材を緊張する工程3、及び、工程3の後前記樹脂組成物層を放冷して固化する工程4を有することを特徴とするPC施工方法。

樹脂: フェノール樹脂(昭和高分子株式会社製、ショウノールCKM1737)、(フィラー無し)

樹脂:ロジン変性物(ハリマ化成株式会社製、ハリマックAS−5)(フィラー無し)

Claims (6)
- 複数のPC鋼線材と、前記PC鋼線材を収納するように配された樹脂組成物層と、前記樹脂組成物層の外周を覆うシースを有するプレグラウトPC鋼材であって、前記樹脂組成物層が熱可塑性樹脂組成物よりなることを特徴とするプレグラウトPC鋼材。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物の150℃における粘度が1,000Pa・s以下であり、95℃における粘度が15,000Pa・s以上であり、かつ95℃における粘度を[η95]とし、150℃における粘度を[η150]としたときのlog[η95]/log[η150]が、1.5以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレグラウトPC鋼材。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物が、ダイマー酸ポリアミド樹脂を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプレグラウトPC鋼材。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物が、さらにフィラーを含有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載のプレグラウトPC鋼材。
- さらに、前記樹脂組成物層を加熱する加熱手段を有し、前記加熱手段が、前記シース内に設けられ、通電により発熱する発熱体であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載のプレグラウトPC鋼材。
- 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載のプレグラウトPC鋼材をコンクリート中に埋設する工程1、前記コンクリートが硬化した後、前記樹脂組成物層を加熱して軟化させる工程2、工程2の後前記PC鋼線材を緊張する工程3、及び、工程3の後前記樹脂組成物層を放冷して固化する工程4を有することを特徴とするPC施工方法。
