Abstract
【解決手段】 ハニカム形状のマクロセル構造体20におけるプリプレグの柔軟性が残留する範囲の硬化深度までマクロセル構造体20を予備加熱して硬化させる。次に、予備加熱したマクロセル構造体20の側壁に沿ってプリプレグ31,32を配置し、予備構造体40を生成する。続いて予備構造体40におけるプリプレグ31,32の内側を真空吸引しながら予備構造体40を加熱する。その後、成形型5内で予備構造体40に対して内圧付与を行うとともに本加熱して予備構造体40を硬化させ、樹脂構造体1を製造する。

Claims (4)
- 複数のプリプレグを積層して構成され、側壁部を有する内部プリフォームと、前記内部プリフォームにおける側壁に沿って配置され、前記樹脂中空構造体の壁面の一部を構成する外殻樹脂部材と、を一体的に硬化させるにあたり、
前記内部プリフォームを構成するプリプレグの柔軟性が残留する範囲の硬化深度まで、前記内部プリフォームを予備加熱して硬化させる予備加熱硬化工程と、
前記予備加熱工程で予備加熱された前記内部プリフォームの側壁に沿って、前記外殻樹脂部材となる外殻樹脂母材を配置して、前記内部プリフォームと前記外殻樹脂母材を備える予備構造体を生成する予備構造体生成工程と、
前記予備構造体生成工程で生成された前記予備構造体における前記外殻樹脂母材の内側を真空吸引しながら前記予備構造体を加熱する真空吸引加熱工程と、
前記真空吸引加熱工程の後、成形型内で前記予備構造体に対して内圧付与を行うとともに本加熱して、前記予備構造体を硬化させる本加熱硬化工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする樹脂構造体の製造方法。 - 前記予備構造体生成工程において、前記内部プリフォームに対して、完全硬化した樹脂管を取り付け、前記予備構造体を、外部と内部とを連通させた状態で生成し、
前記本加熱硬化工程において、前記樹脂管を介して前記予備構造体に内圧を付与する請求項1に記載の樹脂構造体の製造方法。 - 前記内部プリフォームは、複数のプリプレグを積層し、前記複数のプリプレグが重なり合う層の間で所定間隔をおいて積層方向に隣接するプリプレグ同士を線状接着させ、前記複数のプリプレグを展開して形成されたハニカム形状によって構成される請求項1または請求項2に記載の樹脂構造体の製造方法。
- 前記本加熱硬化工程において、前記内部プリフォームおよび前記外殻樹脂部材により形成される複数の空間を連通する連通孔を通じて各空間に内圧を付与する請求項3に記載の樹脂構造体の製造方法。
