Abstract
【解決手段】ミキシングパイプ9Bの入側端部の周囲を所要の間隔を隔てて被包し且つ該入側端部の開口端面を閉塞し得るようにガス集合室9Aの出側端部を前記ミキシングパイプ9Bの入側端部と接続し、しかも、このミキシングパイプ9Bの入側端部におけるパティキュレートフィルタ5の出側寄りの側面に開口部12を形成し、該開口部12に対しパティキュレートフィルタ5の出側から出た全ての排気ガス3を接線方向から導入せしめるガス誘導流路13をガイドフィン16a,16b,16cにより前記ガス集合室9A内に形成する一方、該ガス集合室9A内におけるミキシングパイプ9Bの入側端部の周囲に前記ガス誘導流路13と隔絶された余剰空間を確保して保温室18とする。

Claims (2)
- パティキュレートフィルタと、その下流側に備えられて酸素共存下でも選択的にNOxをアンモニアと反応せしめる選択還元型触媒と、パティキュレートフィルタの出側から出た排気ガスを選択還元型触媒の入側に導く連絡流路とを備え、パティキュレートフィルタの出側端部を包囲し且つ該出側端部から出た排気ガスを略直角な向きに方向転換させつつ集合せしめるガス集合室と、該ガス集合室で集められた排気ガスを再び略直角な向きに方向転換させて抜き出すミキシングパイプとにより連絡流路の上流部分を構成し、ミキシングパイプの入側端部の中心に尿素水を添加し得るように構成した排気浄化装置において、ミキシングパイプの入側端部の周囲を所要の間隔を隔てて被包し且つ該入側端部の開口端面を閉塞し得るようにガス集合室の出側端部をミキシングパイプの入側端部と接続し、該ミキシングパイプの入側端部におけるパティキュレートフィルタの出側に近い適宜位置に開口部を形成し、該開口部に対しパティキュレートフィルタの出側から出た全ての排気ガスを接線方向から導入せしめるガス誘導流路をガイドフィンにより前記ガス集合室内に形成する一方、該ガス集合室内におけるミキシングパイプの入側端部の周囲に前記ガス誘導流路と隔絶された余剰空間を確保して保温室としたことを特徴とする排気浄化装置。
- ミキシングパイプの入側端部に周方向に向けU字形を成す切れ込み線を入れ且つ該切れ込み線により囲まれた短冊状部位を半径方向外側へ切り起こして開口部を形成すると共に、その切り起こした短冊状部位を前記開口部に対しパティキュレートフィルタの出側から出た排気ガスを接線方向から導入せしめる最も下流側のガイドフィンとして採用したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。
