Description

The present invention relates to a partition device, and more particularly to a partition device in which a hanging groove or a horizontal joint is formed between upper and lower panels.

Conventionally, various partition panels having a structure in which a dividing panel is vertically attached to both front and back sides of a frame and a hanging groove and a horizontal joint portion are provided between the upper and lower divided panels are provided. When connecting such partition panels, there are some which connect without a support, and in that case, the hanging grooves and horizontal joints of the adjacent partition panels are set so as to be arranged in a straight line.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a partition panel in which a plurality of divided panels are attached to both front and back surfaces of a frame, and a horizontal joint portion is formed between the upper and lower panels, but the end cover is provided over the entire vertical length. Therefore, the joint is interrupted by the end cover.

Further, in Patent Document 2, hooks provided on both sides of the rear surface of the split panel are engaged with the engagement holes formed in the vertical hooks on both the front and back surfaces of both vertical hooks, and are sequentially attached in the vertical direction. A partition panel in which joint portions are formed between the panels is disclosed. However, also in this case, the side cover attached to the side end portion of the frame has a length extending up and down, and the horizontal joint portion is inevitably interrupted at the end portion of the partition device.

Further, when connecting a plurality of partition panels in an L shape, a T shape or a cross shape in plan view, a corner post is usually used. Here, in the case of the L-shaped and T-shaped connections in plan view, at least one surface of the corner post is exposed, and an L-shaped or planar cover is provided on the side surface. As the cover of the corner post, an integral type having a length substantially equal to the height of the partition panel is used. Accordingly, the hanging grooves and the horizontal joints of the partition panel located on both sides of the corner post are blocked by the cover of the corner post. However, conventionally, a design that emphasizes continuity in the appearance of the hanging grooves and the horizontal joints extending in the lateral direction of the partition panels connected in this manner has not been made.
Utility Model Registration No. 2509871 Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-113456 (FIGS. 1 and 2)

Therefore, in view of the above-described situation, the present invention intends to solve a partition panel in which a plurality of vertically divided panels are provided in the vertical direction, and a hanging groove or a horizontal joint is formed between the upper and lower panels on both the front and back surfaces. In the partition device constituted by connecting a plurality of devices in the horizontal direction, the partition device having continuity in the appearance of the hanging groove and the horizontal joint portion is provided even in the connection portion via the terminal portion and the corner post of the partition panel. .

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a plurality of vertically divided panels, and a plurality of partition panels in which a hanging groove or a horizontal joint is formed between the upper and lower panels on both the front and back surfaces. A partition device comprising: a partition groove provided on a partition panel positioned at a terminal portion, wherein the hanging groove on both the front and back surfaces or a lateral groove continuous with the horizontal joint portion is formed. (Claim 1).

Further, when connecting a plurality of partition panels in a L shape or a T shape in plan view via a corner post, a post cover provided on a non-connecting surface of the corner post is provided on the hanging groove or the side joint. It is also preferable to form continuous lateral grooves (claim 2).

In the partition device according to the first aspect of the present invention as described above, the end cover provided on the partition panel positioned at the terminal portion is formed with the horizontal grooves continuous to the hanging grooves or the horizontal joints on both the front and back surfaces. Even at the end portion, the continuity in the appearance of the hanging groove and the horizontal joint portion is provided.

According to claim 2, when the plurality of partition panels are connected to each other in an L shape or a T shape in plan view via the corner posts, the hanging grooves are formed in the post cover provided on the non-connecting surface of the corner posts. Or since the horizontal groove which continued in the horizontal joint part was formed, it has the continuity in the external appearance of a hanging groove and a horizontal joint part also in the connection part via a corner post.

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail based on the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. The partition device according to the present invention includes a plurality of vertically divided panels, and a plurality of partition panels formed with hanging grooves or horizontal joints between the upper and lower panels on both the front and back surfaces. In the partition device, an end cover provided on a partition panel located at a terminal end portion is formed with the above-described hanging grooves on both the front and back surfaces or a lateral groove continuous to the horizontal joint portion. It is of a structure that allows a plurality of partition panels to be connected in a straight line without going through struts, but when connecting in an L shape or T shape in a plan view, or in a cross shape, via a corner post Change the direction so that they can be connected. Also in this case, the hanging groove or the lateral groove continuous to the lateral joint is formed in the post cover provided on the non-connecting surface of the corner post. As the structure of the partition panel, a structure in which unit panels are stacked upward, or a structure in which divided panels are sequentially attached on both the front and back surfaces of the frame can be adopted.

1 to 8 show a first embodiment of a stacked partition apparatus according to the present invention, in which reference numeral 1 is a unit panel, 2 is a lower connector, 3 is an upper connector, and 4 is a fastener. ing.

The partition device according to the present invention connects a plurality of unit panels 1 made of an aluminum extrusion mold material vertically and horizontally by a connecting means including a lower connecting tool 2, an upper connecting tool 3, and a fastening tool 4, and has a desired height. It constitutes a partition device of length and length. Furthermore, the head member 5, the head member 6 and the base member 7, which are also made of an aluminum extruded mold, are the minimum configuration for connecting the members in a straight line to construct the partition device. In addition to this, an end cover, a corner post, a post cover, and the like for processing the panel end surface and connecting in an L shape, T shape, or a cross shape are necessary, which will be described later.

First, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 8, the unit panel 1 has a basic dimension of 200 mm in the vertical width, and a plurality of types of horizontal widths in the range of 450 to 3600 mm by cutting an aluminum extrusion mold material to an appropriate length. Is made. Both horizontal unit panels 1 have the same post-processing on both ends. Specifically, the unit panel 1 has a hollow shape in which a front plate 8 and a back plate 9 are connected by a lower fitting portion 10, an upper fitting portion 11, and a single or a plurality of connecting portions 12,. In the cut surface on both sides, the groove 13 is formed in the center, and the end member 14 provided with the flange 15 and the groove 16 covering the cut surface on both sides is fitted into the groove 13, .. Are screwed to the connecting portions 12,..., And a lower locking portion 17 and an upper locking portion 18 are formed in the recessed groove portion of the end member 14.

Actually, the groove 13 is formed by cutting out the lower fitting portion 10, the upper fitting portion 11 and the central portion of the single or plural connecting portions 12. Then, a tapping screw 20 penetrated from the bottom of the concave groove portion 16 of the end member 14 is screwed into and attached to a pilot hole 19 having a C-shaped cross section integrally formed at the central portion of the connecting portion 12. Further, a pair of ribs 21 and 21 project from the middle of both side walls of the concave groove portion 16 of the end member 14 in a direction opposite to each other, and the lower ends of the ribs 21 and 21 are cut out to form the lower locking portion. A portion 17 is formed, and the upper locking portion 18 is formed by cutting out the upper ends of the ribs 21 and 21.

And the lower fitting part 10 and the upper fitting part 11 of the said unit panel 1 have a structure which carries out uneven fitting with each other, and controls the displacement of a panel surface direction. Specifically, the lower fitting portion 10 is formed with engaging grooves 22 and 22 opened downward, and the upper fitting portion 11 is engaged with the engaging groove 22 of the lower fitting portion 10. Projecting pieces 23 and 23 projecting upward are projected. Further, locking edges 24,... Are formed along the upper and lower edges of the front panel 8 and the rear panel 9 of the unit panel 1, and the locking edges 24, 24 of the unit panels 1, 1 positioned above and below are opposed to each other. An opening 25 is provided between them to form a hanging groove 26 along the upper and lower unit panels. The hanging groove 26 is configured by using a part of the lower fitting portion 10 and the upper fitting portion 11 in addition to the locking edge 24, and the joining lines of the upper and lower unit panels 1, 1 are It is set so as to coincide with the upper edge of the opening 25 of the hanging groove 26 so that the joint line is not visible. Similarly, hanging grooves 26 are also formed between the headboard member 5 and the unit panel 1 and between the baseboard member 7 and the unit panel 1.

Next, a connection structure for connecting the unit panels 1 and 1 vertically and horizontally will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. In the case of the present invention, it is a feature that a connecting portion is not provided with a support, and a vertical connecting and a horizontal (horizontal) connection are realized simultaneously by a common connecting means. The lower connector 2 is a block-shaped metal member, and has locking claw portions 27 and 27 that are locked to the lower locking portion 17 from below on both sides, and a cylindrical portion that protrudes from the upper central portion. A square hole 28 is formed to form a through hole 29 penetrating vertically inside the square hole 28, and a first engagement portion 30 is formed further below.

On the other hand, the upper connector 3 is a block-shaped metal member, and has locking claw portions 31 and 31 that are locked to the upper locking portion 18 from above on both sides at the lower portion and a cylindrical portion at the lower center portion. Is formed so as to form a square hole 32, a through-hole 33 penetrating vertically is formed inside the square hole 32, and a second engagement portion 34 is further formed on the upper part. Here, the first engagement portion 30 of the lower connection tool 2 is an engagement recess whose opening is narrower than the inside, and the second engagement portion 34 of the upper connection tool 3 is a substantially T-shaped engagement in a side view. It is a convex part, and is a structure which slide-engages in the panel surface inward direction and engages with each other so that vertical displacement is impossible.

And the said fastener 4 consists of the square shaft 28 and the fastening screws 36 and 36 which are inserted in the square hole 28 of the said lower connector 2, and the square hole 32 of the said upper connector 3 so that a vertical slide is possible. , Screw holes 37 are formed in the axial direction at both ends of the connecting shaft 35. The lower end portion of the fastener 4 is fitted into the square hole 28 of the lower connector 2, and the fastening screw 36 is threaded into the screw hole 37 through the through hole 33 from below. Further, the upper end portion of the fastener 4 is fitted into the square hole 32 of the upper connector 3, and the fastening screw 36 is threaded into the screw hole 37 through the through hole 33 from above. Here, all the fasteners 4 are accommodated in the recessed grooves 16 and 16 of the both end members 14 and 14.

The unit panels 1,... Are connected to the upper, lower, left and right using the fasteners 4 sequentially from the lower stage to the upper stage. First, in a state where the lower end portion of the connecting shaft 35 is connected to the lower connecting tool 2, both the locking claws 27, 27 of the lower connecting tool 2 are connected to the end portions of the left and right unit panels 1, 1 specifically. Are joined to the flanges 15 and 15 of the end members 14 and 14 and locked to the lower locking portions 17 and 17 of the end members 14 and 14. At this time, the connecting shaft 35 is positioned upright in a vertical hole formed by the recessed groove portions 16 and 16. Then, the upper end of the connecting shaft 35 is fitted into the square hole 28 of the upper connector 3 from above, and both the locking claws 31, 31 are connected to the upper locking portions 18, 14 of the end members 14, 14. 18, the fastening screw 36 is inserted through the through hole 33 from above, and is screwed into the screw hole 37 of the connecting shaft 35. By tightening the fastening screw 36, the lower connector 2 and the upper connector 3 are attracted, and the left and right unit panels 1 and 1 are utilized by utilizing the inclination of the locking claw portions 27, 27 and the locking claw portions 31, 31. 1 is pulled and connected.

Here, a protrusion 15 </ b> A is formed on one flange 15 of the end member 14 along the opening of the groove 16, and the other flange 15 is formed along the opening of the groove 16. The groove 15B is formed. When the left and right unit panels 1 and 1 are connected, when the flanges 15 and 15 of the end members 14 and 14 are joined, the protrusion 15A and the groove 15B are engaged, and the panel faces outward. It is possible to regulate the displacement and to connect at an accurate position.

Then, in order to connect the unit panels 1 and 1 to the upper stage of the unit panels 1 that are already connected to the left and right, as shown in FIG. 1, the upper connector 3 used to connect the lower unit panels 1 and 1 is used. Use. Specifically, in a state where the lower end portion of the connection shaft 35 is connected to the lower connection tool 2, the first engagement portion 30 of the lower connection tool 2 is used as the second of the upper connection tool 3 used for lower connection. The engaging portion 34 is slidably engaged from the in-plane direction of the panel and maintained in an upright state. In this state, the lower fitting portion 10 of both unit panels 1, 1 is fitted to the upper unit panel 1,1. While being placed on the portion 11 and engaging with the concave and convex portions, the lower locking portions 17 and 17 of the end members 14 and 14 are engaged with the both locking claw portions 27 and 27 of the lower connector 2. Thereafter, similarly to the above, the upper end portion of the connecting shaft 35 is fitted into the square hole 28 of the upper connecting member 3 from above, and both the locking claws 31 and 31 are engaged with the upper ends of the end members 14 and 14, respectively. The stoppers 18 are engaged with each other, and the fastening screws 36 are inserted from above through the through holes 33 and screwed into the screw holes 37 of the connecting shaft 35. Then, the lower connector 2 is pulled up, and the first engagement portion 30 is strongly engaged with the second engagement portion 34 of the lower upper connector 3. At this time, it is preferable to set the dimensions so that both the locking claws 27, 27 of the lower connector 2 strongly come into contact with the lower locking portions 17, 17 of the end members 14, 14 simultaneously.

Next, a structure for connecting the headboard member 5 and the baseboard member 7 will be briefly described with reference to FIGS. 1, 4, and 5 to 8. The headboard member 5, the headboard cover 6, and the baseboard member 7 are made of an aluminum extrusion mold material, and are appropriately cut according to the width of the unit panel 1. The shape of the lower fitting portion 38 of the cap member 5 matches the shape of the lower fitting portion 10 of the unit panel 1, and the shape of the upper fitting portion 39 of the base board member 7 is the unit. It matches the shape of the upper fitting portion 11 of the panel 1.

In order to attach the head member 5 to the upper end of the uppermost unit panel 1, a central portion of a rectangular locking piece 41 is screwed into a lower part of a screw 40 penetrating the bottom surface of the head member 5, and the unit panel. By inserting the locking piece 41 into between the two protruding pieces 23, 23 of the upper fitting portion 11 and tightening the screw 40, the locking piece 41 rotates about 80 degrees to The fitting portion 38 of the head member 5 and the upper fitting portion 11 of the unit panel 1 are firmly fitted by being locked to the lower portions of the pieces 23 and 23 and further tightened. And since the recessed part 42 is formed in the upper part of the said head member 5 except a both-sides edge, the several holding tool 43 is rotationally locked in this recessed part 42, and the said holding tool 43, ... A cap cover 6 is fitted to close the recessed portion 42.

The baseboard member 7 is formed with a groove 44 similar to the groove 13 of the unit panel 1 at both ends, and the lower extension of the end member 14 of the upper unit panel 1 is fitted into the groove 44. In the same manner as described above, the upper fitting portion 39 is recessed and fitted to the lower fitting portion 10 of the unit panel 1 while being screwed. The baseboard member 7 is provided with an adjuster 45 as appropriate.

Here, the partition device according to the present invention is characterized in that it is constructed by stacking sequentially on site, but since the lower part needs a minimum height, the baseboard member 7 and one to four sheets are required. It is also preferable to connect the unit panels 1,. In that case, the base plate member 7 and the unit panels 1,... Are connected vertically using the long end members 14. And in order to connect this composite panel to right and left, it is only necessary to prepare a long connecting shaft 35 corresponding to the vertical height, and the other lower connecting tool 2 and upper connecting tool 3 can be used in common. .

A cap cap 46 made of synthetic resin is fitted to the end portion of the cap member 5 to close the end portion. Note that the thickness of the flange portion 47 of the cap board cap 46 matches the thickness of the flange portion 15 of the end member 14, and a recess 48 for accommodating the upper connector 3 is provided inside.

The state in which the plurality of unit panels 1,... Are connected vertically and horizontally is shown in FIG. In this case, the hanging groove 26 formed between the upper and lower unit panels 1 and 1 also serves as a joint portion continuously from the left and right. Further, there is nothing except that the flanges 15 and 15 of the end members 14 and 14 are overlapped between the left and right unit panels 1 and 1, and it has a clean appearance. Similarly, a hanging groove 26 similar to the above is provided between the uppermost unit panel 1 and the head member 5. A hanging groove 26 similar to the above is also provided between the lowermost unit panel 1 and the baseboard member 7. The side surfaces of the front panel 8 and the rear panel 9, the coping member 5 and the baseboard member 7 of the unit panel 1 extend in the horizontal direction and are repeatedly corrugated in the vertical direction, forming a unified design as a whole. is doing.

FIG. 9 shows a state before the headboard member 5 is mounted by the unit panels 1 and 1 connected in the left-right direction. FIG. 10 shows a state in which an end cover 49 having a U-shape in plan view is attached to the end portion of the unit panel 1 located at the end portion via a connecting member 50. FIG. 11 shows an L-shaped connection state in which two unit panels 1 and 1 are connected in an L shape via a corner post 51 and a spacer 52, and the corner post 51 is covered with an L-shaped post cover 53 in plan view. Show. In FIG. 12, three unit panels 1,... Are connected in a T shape via a corner post 51 and two spacers 52, and the corner post 51 is covered with a straight post cover 54 in plan view. Indicates the state. 13 shows a cross-shaped connection state in which the four unit panels 1,... Are connected in a cross shape via the corner posts 51 and the three spacers 52. In these connected states, the corner posts 51 and the spacers 52 are common members.

First, the processing of the termination portion will be described with reference to FIGS. The end cover 49 having a U-shape in plan view is formed by processing an aluminum extruded mold having the same corrugated surface as the surface of the unit panel 1. A locking portion 55 is formed at least on the inner side of the end cover 49, and end edges 56, 56 similar to the locking edge 24 of the unit panel 1 are formed on the upper and lower edges. The connecting member 50 is made of an aluminum extruded mold having substantially the same cross section as the end member 14, and has a recessed groove portion 57 and flange portions 58, 58 on both sides. When the flange portions 58 and 58 of the connecting member 50 and the flange portions 15 and 15 of the end member 14 of the unit panel 1 are joined, the concave and convex portions are fitted so as not to be displaced outward from the panel surface as described above. Yes. Then, a lower locking portion 59 similar to the above is formed at the lower end portion inside the recessed groove portion 57 of the connecting member 50, and an upper locking portion 60 is formed at the upper end portion, and the lower connecting tool 2 and the upper connecting tool 3 are formed. In addition, the connecting member 50 can be connected to the end member 14 using the fastener 4. A locking tool 61 is attached to the bottom of the upper end portion of the concave groove portion 57 of the connecting member 50, and the locking portion 55 of the end cover 49 is locked to the locking tool 61. 49A is held on the upper end 49B of the lower end cover 49 in an uneven manner. Here, between the end edges 56, 56 of the upper and lower end covers 49, 49, as shown in FIG. 17, a lateral groove 62 continuing to the hanging groove 26 is formed. Further, an upper end cap 63 is attached to the space between the upper end of the uppermost end cover 49 and the end of the head member 5, and the same is applied between the upper end cap 63 and the uppermost end cover 49. A lateral groove 62 is formed.

Next, the structure of the L-shaped connecting portion will be described based on FIGS. 15, 16, and 18. As described above, the corner post 51 and the spacer 52 are connected to each other, and the L-shaped post cover 53 is attached to the outer surface of the corner post 51. The corner post 51 is made of an aluminum extruded mold material, has a square cylindrical portion 64 at the center, and has a pair of flange pieces 65 extending radially from the four corners. A concave groove portion 66 similar to the concave groove portion 57 is formed, and flanges 67 and 67 are integrally formed at both ends thereof. And the lower latching part 68 and the upper latching | locking part 69 are each formed in the lower end part and upper end part in the recessed groove part 66 of the said corner post 51, and the lower connection tool 2, the upper connection tool 3, and the fastener 4 similarly to the above. Can be connected to the end member 14 of the unit panel 1. The other three sides of the corner post 51 have a shape in which the concave groove portion 66 is cut in the middle. The spacer 52 can be joined to this portion, and the stopper 61 can be attached. A notch 71 is formed in the inward ribs 70, 70 of the two flange pieces 65, 65 facing each other, and a lower locking portion 72 is formed at the lower end and an upper locking portion 73 is formed at the upper end. The spacer 52 is made of an aluminum extrusion mold material, has a groove-shaped joint 74 at the center, and has flanges 75 and 75 similar to the flanges 15 and 15 of the end member 14 on both sides thereof. ing. The upper and lower ends of the joint portion 74 of the spacer 52 are provided with notches 76, 76 at the same positions as the lower connecting portion 17 and the upper locking portion 18 of the end member 14, The connector 3 can be received. The post cover 53 is formed by processing a mold having the same cross-sectional shape as the end cover 49 and forming an L shape in a plan view. The post cover 53 has a locking portion 77 at the upper part of the inner surface, and has a lower end 53A and an upper end 53B. And have a shape in which concave and convex are fitted to each other.

And while joining the edge part member 14 of the unit panel 1 to the side which has the collar parts 67 and 67 of the said corner post 51, it connects with the lower connector 2, the upper connector 3, and the fastener 4 similarly to the above, The joint portions 74 of the spacer 52 are brought into contact with both flange pieces 65 and 65 on the adjacent surface, and the flange portions 15 and 15 of the end member 14 of the other unit panel 1 are brought into contact with the flange portions 75 and 75 of the spacer 52. Are connected by the lower connector 2, the upper connector 3, and the fastener 4 in the same manner as described above. The stoppers 61, 61 are respectively attached to the remaining two cutouts 71, 71 of the corner post 51, the locking portion 77 of the post cover 53 is locked, and the lower end 53A is fixed to the lower post cover 53. The upper end 53B is held in a concave-convex manner. Similarly, a lateral groove 78 that is continuous with the hanging groove 26 is formed between the upper and lower post covers 53, 53, and a lateral groove 78 is also formed between the upper end cap 79 and the uppermost post cover 53. .

As shown in FIG. 19, the T-shaped connecting portion is substantially the same as the aforementioned L-shaped connecting portion, but the post cover 54 has a linear plan view shape. The end member 14 of the unit panel 1 is joined to the side of the corner post 51 having the flanges 67, 67 and connected by the lower connector 2, the upper connector 3, and the fastener 4 in the same manner as described above. The joint portions 74 of the spacer 52 are brought into contact with both flange pieces 65 and 65 on the adjacent surfaces, and the flange portions 15 and 15 of the end member 14 of the other unit panel 1 are attached to the flange portions 75 and 75 of the spacer 52. In the joined state, the lower connector 2, the upper connector 3, and the fastener 4 are connected in the same manner as described above. On the remaining surface of the corner post 51, the locking member 61 is attached to the notch 71, and the post cover 54 is locked and fitted to the lower post cover 54. Similarly to the above, a horizontal groove 80 is formed between the upper and lower post covers 54, 54, and the horizontal groove 80 is formed between the upper end cap 81 and the uppermost post cover 54. Yes.

Further, although the connection structure of the cross-shaped connecting portion is not illustrated, in this case, since the unit panels 1,... Are connected to the four surfaces of the corner post 51, the post cover as described above is unnecessary. That is, the end member 14 of the unit panel 1 is joined to the side having the flanges 67, 67 of the corner post 51 and connected by the lower connector 2, the upper connector 3, and the fastener 4 in the same manner as described above. The joint portions 74 of the spacer 52 are brought into contact with the remaining flanges 65, 65 on the remaining three surfaces, and the collar portions 15, 15 of the end member 14 of the other unit panel 1 are joined to the collar portions 75, 75 of the spacer 52. In this state, the fasteners 4 are connected in the same manner as described above.

Finally, a usage example in which an option is attached using the hanging groove 26 will be briefly described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 20 shows an example in which the decorative panel 101 is attached along the surface of the unit panel 1 using the locking members 102. The locking member 102 is formed with an L-shaped locking piece 104 that locks inside the hanging groove 26 at one end of a cylindrical main body 103, and a fitting shaft having a reduced diameter at the other end. 105 is formed, and the fitting shaft 105 has a screw hole 106 formed therein. Then, the locking piece 104 of the locking member 102 is locked upward in the upper hanging groove 26, and the locking piece 104 of the locking member 102 is locked downward in the lower hanging groove 26. Thus, the through hole 107 of the decorative panel 101 is closely fitted to the fitting shaft 105 of each locking member 102, and the set screw 108 is screwed into the screw hole 106 of the fitting shaft 105 from the front side and held.

FIG. 21 shows an example in which a board 109 such as a blackboard or a white board is attached along the surface of the unit panel 1. The support frames 110 and 110 having the same shape are attached to the upper and lower edges of the back surface of the board 109 so as to be turned upside down. A horizontally long engagement groove 111 is formed on the back surface of the support frame 110. Then, the upper locking member 112 is attached using the engagement groove 111 of the upper support frame 110, and the lower locking member 113 is attached using the engagement groove 111 of the lower support frame 110. The upper locking member 112 is formed with a locking piece 115 that locks in the hanging groove 26 on one side surface of the block-shaped main body 114, and an oval shape that rotates and engages with the engaging groove 111 on the other side surface. A locking plate 116 is formed. Since the engagement groove 111 has a shape in which the inside expands vertically from the opening, the engagement plate 116 is inserted through the opening with the locking plate 116 turned sideways and rotated 90 degrees to engage the engagement groove 111. The upper and lower edges are locked in pressure contact. On the other hand, the lower locking member 113 is formed with a locking claw 118 that elastically engages with the locking edge 24 on the upper side of the hanging groove 26 at the lower edge of the block-shaped main body portion 117, and the front surface of the lower locking member 113. A similar oval locking plate 119 is formed and locked in the engaging groove 111 of the lower support frame 110 in the same manner as described above. In this state, after the upper locking piece 115 of the upper locking member 112 is locked in the upper hanging groove 26, the locking claw 118 of the lower locking member 113 is engaged with the upper locking edge 24 of the lower hanging groove 26. Lock elastically. In this state, the board 109 can be moved in the lateral direction along the hanging groove 26. However, if the lower end of the board 109 is pulled forward and the locking claw 118 is removed from the hanging groove 26, the upper portion can be easily removed. The locking piece 115 of the locking member 112 can also be removed from the hanging groove 26 and can be attached in the same manner after being moved to a desired position.

FIG. 22 shows a usage example in which the shelf board 120 is held using one hanging groove 26. The shelf plate 120 is configured by combining a plurality of aluminum extrusion molds, provided with an upward locking claw 121 along the upper edge of the base end portion, and abutted against the surface of the unit panel 1 below it. A stop 122 is formed. In this case, in a tilted state where the front side of the shelf 120 is lifted, the lower end of the locking claw 121 is below the hanging groove 26 by locking the locking claw 121 to the upper part of the hanging groove 26 and then returning it horizontally. While being abutted against the locking edge 24 on the side, the abutting portion 122 is abutted against and held by the surface of the unit panel 1 at the lower position. In addition, the bottom surface of the shelf 120 has an inclined surface 123 extending to the stop portion 122, and a lighting fixture 124 is attached to an opening provided in the inclined surface 123.

Next, a second embodiment of the partition device according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the figure, reference numeral 201 denotes a frame, 202 denotes a divided panel, 203 denotes a baseboard, 204 denotes a headboard, 205 denotes an end cover, 206 denotes a baseboard cover, and 207 denotes a hanging groove.

In the partition device according to the present invention, a baseboard 203 made of an aluminum extrusion mold material and divided panels 202,... Are sequentially attached to both front and back surfaces of a frame 201 formed of a metal frame, and the headboard 204 is attached to the upper end. And a plurality of end covers 205,... And a baseboard cover 206 are attached to the side ends, and between the upper and lower divided panels 202, 202, between the lowermost divided panel 202 and the baseboard 203, and the uppermost divided panel. This is a structure in which hanging grooves 207,.

In order to connect the partition device according to the present invention to the side, the frames 201 and 201 are directly connected, and the divided panel 202 or the like is attached to each frame 201 or across a plurality of frames 201. Here, the frame 201 is configured by connecting a horizontal bar 209.209 to at least upper and lower ends of both steel vertical bars 208, 208, and in a type having a high vertical height, the upper and lower horizontal bars 209, 209 are connected to each other. Connect one or more cross rails between them to ensure strength.

The end cover 205 is set to have the same vertical dimension as the vertical width of the divided panel 202, and is set to the same vertical dimension as the vertical width of the baseboard cover 206 and the baseboard 203, and the space between the upper and lower end covers 205, 205 is set. .. Are formed between the lowermost end cover 205 and the baseboard 203 and between the uppermost end cover 205 and the headboard cap 210. The lateral grooves 211,... Continuous with the hanging groove 207 are formed. .

More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 26 and 27, the split panel 202 is obtained by cutting an aluminum extruded mold material to an appropriate length, and a first locking edge 213 is disposed on the front edge of the upper end of the panel body 212. And a fixed piece 214 extending upward from the first locking edge 213 is protruded from the rear edge, and the upper end of the panel body 212, the first locking edge 213, and the fixed piece 214 move upward. A concave groove 215 having an opening is formed, and a leg piece 216 having a shape that can be engaged with the concave groove 215 on the front side of the fixed piece 214 is protruded downward from the rear edge of the lower end of the panel body 212.

A plurality of divided panels 202,... Having such a structure are sequentially screwed to both vertical rods 208, 208 of the frame 1 from below to above. That is, a through-hole 217 formed in the fixing piece 214 along the divided panel 202 along the front side of the two vertical rods 208, 208 of the frame 201 is fixed to the vertical rod 208 from the front with the screw 218, and the lower step In the concave groove 215 of the split panel 202, the lower end of the leg piece 216 of the upper split panel 22 is fitted and held from above, leaving a space above the first locking edge 213, whereby the first A hanging groove 207 is formed by the space above the locking edge 213 and the remaining concave groove 215.

In addition, an engagement groove 219 is formed at the lower end of the panel main body 212 of the divided panel 202 and is fitted to the upper end of the fixed piece 214 of the lower divided panel 202 on the back side of the leg piece 216. A receiving piece 220 extending forward is formed at the lower end of the leg piece 216 of 202. When the leg pieces 216 of the upper divided panel 202 are fitted into the concave grooves 215 of the lower divided panel 202, the upper ends of the fixing pieces 214 of the lower divided panel 202 are fitted into the engaging grooves 219. At the same time, the receiving piece 220 is engaged with the bottom surface of the recessed groove 215 of the lower divided panel 202 to realize an accurate fitting without rattling.

Further, a second locking edge 221 shorter than the leg piece 216 is provided on the front edge of the lower end of the panel body 212 of the divided panel 202 so as to protrude downward, and the lower end of the panel body 212 and the second locking edge 221. A groove 222 that opens downward is formed with the leg piece 216, whereby a hanging groove 207 having a substantially T-shaped space is formed between the divided panels 202 and 202 attached to the top and bottom of the frame 201. . That is, an opening groove is formed between the first engagement edge 213 of the lower division panel 202 and the second engagement edge 221 of the upper division panel 202, and a hanging groove having a space extending in the upper and lower portions therein. 207 is formed.

Further, the panel body 212 of the divided panel 202 has a flat hollow shape with a substantially rectangular cross section, and has a high strength in which the upper and lower ends and the middle portion of the front plate 223 and the back plate 224 are connected by the connecting portion 225. Structure. Moreover, the surface side of the division | segmentation panel 202 is extended in a horizontal direction, and becomes a waveform surface repeated in the up-down direction. In the present embodiment, the vertical dimension is determined in consideration of the overlapping portion so that the pitch of the upper and lower hanging grooves 207 is 200 mm with the divided panel 202 attached to the frame 201. Moreover, the dimension of the horizontal direction of the division | segmentation panel 202 prepares multiple types in the range to 900-4500 mm. This is easy because the aluminum extrusion mold material is simply cut to a suitable length.

A synthetic resin end cap 226 is fitted to cover the cut end surface of the divided panel 202. The end cap 226 includes a protrusion 228 that fits into a hollow portion of the panel body 212 and the like on the inner surface of the decorative plate 227 that covers the cut end surface of the divided panel 202 except for the opening groove of the hanging groove 7. ... projecting. The decorative plate 227 of the end cap 226 forms a vertical joint by overlapping two pieces on the joint portion when the divided panels 202 and 202 are attached to the frame 201 by approaching left and right, but the plate thickness is reduced. As a result, it doesn't stand out greatly.

The upper structure of the baseboard 3 matches the upper structure of the divided panel 202, and the lower structures on both sides of the headboard 204 match the lower structure of the divided panel 202. Therefore, first, the fixed piece corresponding to the fixed piece 214 is screwed to the vertical frames 208, 208, and the divided panel 202,... This is performed on both the front and back sides of the frame 201. Finally, the headboard 204 is attached to the upper horizontal bar 209 from above, and a pair of leg pieces corresponding to the leg piece 216 is screwed to the uppermost divided panels 202 and 202. Hide the part. Further, the end cover 205 and the baseboard cover 206 have the same corrugated surface as the surface of the divided panel 202, and an appropriate locking means or the like is used for the vertical frame 208 positioned at the end. It is attached sequentially from below while forming the lateral grooves 211. By doing so, the divided panel 202, the hanging groove 207, and even the surface pattern are continuous from the end to the back in terms of appearance.
