Description

The present invention relates to an upper assembly structure in a partition device, and more specifically, in an partition device configured by connecting a plurality of panels, an upper assembly including a headboard provided at the upper end of each panel and a corner post or an upper cap of an end post. Concerning structure.

Conventionally, the partition panels are sequentially connected with a support column or without a support column, and provided with a corner post to connect in an L shape, a T shape, and a cross shape in plan view. A partition device having a structure in which a headboard is provided at the upper end is provided. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a cap cap that is used by being fitted to an opening end face of a headboard, and is widened to be in contact with the opening end face of the headboard at one end of an insertion portion fitted to the opening end portion of the headboard. A recessed head cap having a flange portion and having a concave groove at the center of the bottom surface of the widened flange portion, and a convex head cap having a protruding portion that fits into the concave groove at the center of the bottom surface of the wide flange portion. Have been described.

More specifically, at the upper end of each partition panel, a metal plate, an aluminum extrusion mold material, a hard synthetic resin material, or the like is used to attach and detach the headboard having a concave groove facing in the longitudinal direction at the center of the bottom surface of a flat hollow square tube It is installed. A cap cap is detachably attached to both end faces of each cap, and the open end face of the cap is covered with a widening flange having substantially the same shape as that cap. The pair of headboards connected in a straight line is configured such that the protruding portion of the convex headboard cap is fitted in the concave groove of the concave headboard cap.

Further, a projecting piece projecting from one side surface of the end cap attached to the upper end of the end cover provided at the side end of the partition panel is fitted into the recessed groove of the headboard cap. Here, the protruding piece of the end cap has the same shape as the protruding portion of the cap board cap. Furthermore, in the center of the four side faces of the square post cap mounted on the upper end of the corner post, a concave groove having the same shape as the concave groove of the headboard cap is provided, and each concave groove is fitted to the end face of the headboard. The protruding part of the worn cap head cap is fitted.

The thing of the above-mentioned patent document 1 makes the length of the headboard which attached the headboard cap to both ends correspond with the space | interval between the connection part centers of the both sides of a partition panel. As a result, when the headboards are attached to the upper ends of the partition panels connected in a straight line, the widening flanges of the headboard caps on both sides join together to provide a continuous appearance with no gaps. Further, not only the cap caps but also the cap cap and the end cap or the post cap are connected, there is no step between them, and it is said that they can be connected with good appearance.

However, in the conventional headboard structure, the headboard caps are attached to both ends of the headboard, so the number of parts is increased and the post cap is only fitted to the upper end of the corner post so that it can be easily removed if lifted. There is. According to claim 2, the cap at the upper end of the post main body has a fitting protrusion that fits into the cylinder portion of the post main body at the lower part, and projects the claw piece on one side surface, and the other three side surfaces. Is a decorative surface having the same appearance as that of the cap cover, so when connecting the panels in a L shape, T shape or cross shape in plan view via the post body, a nail piece is placed on one side of the connection surface side. It is only necessary to fit the cap to the upper end of the post body, and the flange of the cap cap attached to the end of the cap is only abutted on its side, so the cap is shared in all connection modes be able to. Moreover, although the side surface not used for connection of the cap at the upper end of the post body is exposed, the exposed side surface is unified in appearance with the headboard cover, so that the appearance is improved.

According to the third aspect, since the thickness of the flange portion of the cap cap is matched with the width of the vertical joint formed between the left and right panels and between the panel and the post body, the appearance is unified. It can be planned.

According to claim 4, in a state where the flange portion of the head cap and the side surface of the cap of the post body are joined, half of the flange portion overlaps the edge of the post body, whereby the vertical joint and the flange portion are It continues up and down.

According to the fifth and sixth aspects, the headboard base can be securely and firmly attached to the upper end of the panel, and the connection plate can be used to firmly connect the upper end portions of the left and right panels with the connection plate. it can.

According to the seventh aspect, even after the left and right unit panels are coupled by the coupling means, the engagement is provided in the space between the end of the fitting groove formed at the upper end of the unit panel and the upper coupling tool. Since the locking portion provided at the lower portion of the locking member is dropped, the locking portion can be mounted by sliding engagement from the open end of the fitting groove, so that the workability is very excellent.

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail based on the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. And the lower fitting part 15 and the upper fitting part 16 of the said unit panel 1 have a structure which mutually unevenly fits, and controls the displacement of a panel surface direction. Specifically, the lower fitting portion 15 is formed with engaging grooves 27 and 27 opened downward, and the upper fitting portion 16 is engaged with the engaging groove 27 of the lower fitting portion 15. Projections 28 and 28 projecting upward are projected. And between the protrusions 28 and 28 of the said upper fitting part 16, the fitting groove | channel 29 which the inside expanded rather than the opening edge is formed. Further, locking edges 30,... Are formed along the top and bottom edges of the front panel 13 and the back panel 14 of the unit panel 1, and the locking edges 30, 30 of the unit panels 1, 1 positioned above and below are opposed to each other. An opening 31 is provided between them, and a hanging groove 32 is formed between the upper and lower unit panels. The hanging groove 32 is configured by using a part of the lower fitting portion 15 and the upper fitting portion 16 in addition to the locking edge 30, and the joining line of the upper and lower unit panels 1, 1 It is set so as to coincide with the upper edge of the opening 31 of the hanging groove 32 so that the joining line is not visible. Similarly, a hanging groove 32 is formed between the headboard cover 12 and the unit panel 1.

Next, a connection structure for connecting the unit panels 1 and 1 vertically and horizontally will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. In the case of the present embodiment, it is a feature that a vertical connection and a horizontal (horizontal) connection are realized at the same time by a common connection means without using a support column in the connection part. The lower connector 8 is a block-shaped metal member, and has locking claw portions 33 and 33 that are locked to the lower locking portion 22 from below on both sides, and a cylindrical portion that protrudes from the upper central portion. And a square hole 34 is formed, and a first engaging portion 35 is further formed in the lower part.

On the other hand, the upper connector 9 is a block-shaped metal member, and has locking claw portions 36 and 36 which are locked on the upper locking portion 23 from above on both sides, and a cylindrical portion in the lower central portion. Is formed to form a square hole 37, a through-hole 38 penetrating vertically is formed inside the square hole 37, and a second engagement portion 39 is formed further above. Here, the first engagement portion 35 projecting downward from the lower connection tool 8 is an engagement convex portion having a substantially T shape in side view, and the second engagement portion 39 of the upper connection tool 9 is more than the inside. The opening is a narrow engagement recess, and the first engagement portion 35 and the second engagement portion 39 are slidably engaged in the in-plane direction of the panel and engaged with each other so that they cannot be displaced vertically. Here, the cross-sectional shape of the fitting groove 29 of the upper fitting portion 16 of the unit panel 1 and the second engaging portion 39 of the upper connector 9 are substantially matched.

And the said fastener 10 consists of the connecting shaft 40 and the fastening screw 41 of the square cross section which fit in the square hole 34 of the said lower connector 8, and the square hole 37 of the said upper connector 9 so that a vertical slide is possible. . The lower end portion of the connecting shaft 40 is fitted into the square hole 34 of the lower connecting tool 8, and a C-shaped spring pin 42 is tightly fitted and fixed to the tube portion and the connecting shaft 40 from the side. A screw hole 43 is formed in the upper end portion of the connecting shaft 40 in the axial direction, the upper end portion is fitted into the square hole 37 of the upper connecting tool 9, and the fastening screw 41 is passed through the through hole 38 from above. And screwed into the screw hole 43. Here, all the fasteners 10 are accommodated in the recessed grooves 21 and 21 of the both end members 19 and 19.

In order to connect the unit panels 1 to the upper, lower, left, and right, the lower connector 8, the upper connector 9, and the fastener 10 are sequentially used from the lower stage to the upper stage. First, the locking claws 33, 33 of the lower connector 8 attached to the lower end portion of the connecting shaft 40 are connected to the end portions of the left and right unit panels 1, 1, specifically, the end members 19, The 19 flange portions 20 and 20 are joined together and locked to the lower locking portions 22 and 22 of the end members 19 and 19. At this time, the connecting shaft 40 is positioned upright in a vertical hole formed by the recessed groove portions 21 and 21. Then, the upper end portion of the connecting shaft 40 is fitted into the square hole 37 of the upper connecting member 9 from above, and both the engaging claw portions 36, 36 are connected to the upper engaging portions 23, 19 of the end members 19, 19, respectively. The fastening screw 41 is inserted through the through hole 38 from above and screwed into the screw hole 43 of the connecting shaft 40. By tightening the fastening screw 41, the lower connector 8 and the upper connector 9 are attracted, and the left and right unit panels 1 and 1 are utilized by utilizing the inclination of the locking claw portions 33, 33 and the locking claw portions 36, 36. 1 is pulled and connected.

Here, a protrusion 20 </ b> A is formed on one flange 20 of the end member 19 along the opening of the groove 21, and the other flange 20 is formed along the opening of the groove 21. The groove 20B is formed. When the right and left unit panels 1 and 1 are connected, when the flanges 20 and 20 of the end members 19 and 19 are joined, the protrusions 20A and the groove 20B are engaged, and the panel faces outward. It is possible to regulate the displacement and to connect at an accurate position. Here, the pair of flanges 20 and 20 joined between the left and right unit panels 1 and 1 constitute a vertical joint.

Then, in order to connect the unit panels 1 and 1 to the upper stage of the unit panels 1 that are already connected to the left and right, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the upper connection used for connecting the lower unit panels 1 and 1 is used. Tool 9 is used. Specifically, the first engaging portion 35 of the lower connector 8 attached to the lower end portion of the connecting shaft 40 is connected to the second engaging portion 39 of the upper connector 9 used for lower connection in the panel in-plane direction. In this state, the lower fitting portion 15 of both unit panels 1 and 1 is placed on the upper fitting portion 16 of the lower unit panel 1 and 1 so as to be unevenly fitted. At the same time, the lower locking portions 22 and 22 of the end members 19 and 19 are engaged with both locking claws 33 and 33 of the lower connector 8. Thereafter, similarly to the above, the upper end portion of the connecting shaft 40 is fitted into the square hole 37 of the upper connecting member 9 from above, and the engaging claw portions 36 and 36 are engaged with the upper end portions 19 and 19. The stoppers 23 and 23 are locked, and the fastening screw 41 is inserted through the through hole 38 from above and screwed into the screw hole 43 of the connecting shaft 40. Then, the lower connector 8 is pulled up, and the first engagement portion 35 is strongly engaged with the second engagement portion 39 of the lower upper connector 9. At this time, it is preferable to set the dimensions so that both the locking claws 33, 33 of the lower connector 8 simultaneously come into strong contact with the lower locking portions 22, 22 of the end members 19, 19.

Next, the structure in which the headboard base 11 and the headboard cover 12 are connected to the upper end of the uppermost unit panel 1 and the baseboard member 44 is connected to the lower end of the lowermost unit panel 1 is shown in FIGS. 7 will be briefly described. The headboard base 11, the headboard cover 12, and the baseboard member 44 are made of an aluminum extrusion mold, and are appropriately cut according to the width of the unit panel 1. The shape of the fitting portion 45 at the lower portion of the headboard base 11 is similar to the shape of the lower fitting portion 15 of the unit panel 1, and the shape of the fitting portion 46 at the upper portion of the baseboard member 44 is the unit. It matches the shape of the upper fitting portion 16 of the panel 1. The cap cover 12 is fitted from above so as to completely cover the cap base 11.

In order to attach the headboard base 11 to the upper end of the uppermost unit panel 1, a screw 47 penetrating the bottom surface of the headboard base 11 is inserted into a fitting groove 29 formed in the upper fitting portion 16 of the unit panel 1. The locking member 48 inserted from the side end is screwed and tightened. Specifically, a through hole 49 through which the screw 47 is inserted and square holes 50, 50 are formed on both sides of the bottom surface of the headboard base 11. The locking member 48 is formed with a screw hole 51 at the center of a rectangular plate piece that is slidably engaged with the fitting groove 29 in a state of being pulled upward, and the fitting groove 29 is formed on both sides thereof. Projections 52, 52 that protrude upward from the top and fit into the square holes 50, 50 of the headboard base 11 are formed upward. Then, with the engaging member 48 engaged with the fitting groove 29 of the unit panel 1, the fitting portion 45 of the headboard base 11 is fitted to the upper fitting portion 16 of the unit panel 1, and The protrusions 52 and 52 of the stop member 48 are fitted into the square holes 50 and 50 of the cap base 11, and are screwed into the through holes 49 from above and screwed into the screw holes 51 of the locking member 48.

Moreover, in the connection part of the adjacent unit panels 1 and 1, it connects firmly using the connection board 53 of the length over the coping bases 11 and 11 of both sides. At both ends of the connecting plate 53, a through hole 54 and square holes 55, 55 are formed corresponding to the through hole 49 and the square holes 50, 50 of the headboard base 11, respectively. Then, in the state where the square holes 55 and 55 of the connection plate 53 are fitted into the protrusions 52 and 52 of the locking member 48 protruding upward from the square holes 50 and 50 of the headboard base 11, the connection plate 53. A screw 47 passing through the through hole 54 and the through hole 49 of the headboard base 11 is screwed into the screw hole 51 of the locking member 48 and attached. Both sides of the connecting plate 53 are connected to the unit panels 1 and 1 through adjacent headboard bases 11 and 11, respectively.

The headboard cover 12 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a pair of locking pieces 56 and 56 having an L-shaped cross section are formed in parallel on the inner surface of the concave groove so that the fitting member 57 made of synthetic resin is formed. The upper locking plate 58 can be rotationally engaged. When the predetermined number of fitting members 57,... Are attached to the headboard cover 12, when the headboard base 11 is fitted from above, the leg pieces 59, 59 formed at the lower portion of the fitting member 57 are the headboards. The base 11 is elastically engaged with the inside.

The base plate member 44 is formed with a concave groove 60 similar to the concave groove 18 of the unit panel 1 at both ends, and the lower extension of the end member 19 of the upper unit panel 1 is fitted into the concave groove 60. In the same manner as described above, the upper fitting portion 46 is concavo-convexly fitted to the lower fitting portion 15 of the unit panel 1 while being screwed. The baseboard member 44 is appropriately provided with an adjuster 61.

Here, the partition device according to the present embodiment is characterized in that it is constructed by sequentially stacking on site, but since the lower part needs a minimum height, the baseboard member 44 and 1 to 4 sheets are required. It is also preferable to connect the unit panels 1, ... in advance at the time of factory shipment. In that case, the base plate member 44 and the unit panels 1,... Are connected vertically using the long end members 19. Alternatively, the plurality of unit panels 1,... Are vertically concavo-convexly fitted so that they can be handled, and the concave grooves 21 of the long end members 19, 19 are fitted across the concave grooves 18,. In addition, it is also possible to form a single composite panel by firmly connecting with the tapping screw 25 and handle it in the same manner as the unit panel 1 and connect it vertically and horizontally as described above. And in order to connect this composite panel to right and left, it is only necessary to prepare a long connecting shaft 40 corresponding to the vertical height, and other lower connecting tools 8 and upper connecting tools 9 can be used in common. .

A cap board 3 made of synthetic resin shown in FIG. 12 is fitted to one end of the cap base 11 and the cap cover 12 to close the ends. The head cap 3 has a flange portion 62 that covers the end surfaces of the head base 11 and the head cover 12, and the thickness of the flange portion 62 is the thickness of the flange portion 20 of the end member 19. The cap cap 3 is fitted only to the end portions of the cap base 11 and the cap cover 12 on one side in the left and right connecting portions, and the end surfaces of the cap base 11 and the cap cover 12 on the other side are the flange portions. 62 abuts. The cap cap 3 extends from the flange portion 62 with a mounting portion 63 to be fitted to the cap base 11 from above, and the lower connector 62 accommodates the upper connector 9 or the connection portion. A recess 64 for passing the plate 53 is provided. And the V-shaped groove 65 which has the deepest part in the thickness direction center part is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the flange part 62 of the said cap cap 3. As shown in FIG.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, the headboard base 11 has T-shaped locking strips 66, 66 constituting the upper part of the hanging groove 32 on both front and back sides in the cross section. Plate-shaped holding ridges 67 and 67 erected on the inner side of the stop ledges 66 and 66 are formed, and a ridge 68 is formed at an intermediate portion between the both holding ridges 67 and 67. The ridge 68 and the holding ridges 67 and 67 are formed. There are grooves 69, 69 between them. The connecting plate 53 is connected in a fitted state between the upper surface of the protrusion 68 of the headboard base 11 and the holding bars 67 and 67. In actual construction, one of the headboard bases 11 is attached, the headboard cap 3 is fitted to the end thereof, and then the other headboard base 11 is attached to the flange portion 62 of the headboard cap 3 for attachment. . FIG. 14C shows a state in which the cap cover 12 is attached to each cap cap 3.

A state in which the plurality of unit panels 1,... Are connected vertically and horizontally is shown in FIG. In this case, the hanging groove 32 formed between the upper and lower unit panels 1 and 1 also serves as a joint portion continuously from the left and right. Further, there is nothing except that the flange portions 20 and 20 of the end members 19 and 19 are overlapped between the left and right unit panels 1 and 1, and a clean appearance is obtained. Similarly, the same hanging groove 32 is provided between the uppermost unit panel 1 and the headboard cover 12. A hanging groove 32 similar to the above is also provided between the lowermost unit panel 1 and the baseboard member 44. Further, the side surfaces of the front panel 13 and the rear panel 14, the cap board cover 12 and the baseboard member 44 of the unit panel 1 extend in the horizontal direction and are repeatedly corrugated in the vertical direction. Is configured.

Note that the first engaging portion 35 of the lower connector 8 can be slidably engaged with the fitting groove 29 formed in the upper fitting portion 16 of the unit panel 1, so that it is used for the lower connection. The unit panel 1 can be stacked and connected to the upper stage without being engaged with the second engaging portion 39 of the upper connecting tool 9.

Next, the structure of the L-shaped connecting portion will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 15 to 20. The unit panels 1,... Are connected in an L shape using a corner post 4 (4A). The corner post 4 includes a post body 72, a post cover 73 and a post cap 5. The unit panels 1 and 1 are connected to two adjacent surfaces of the post body 72, respectively, and a post cover 73 having an L shape in plan view is attached to the outer surface of the remaining two surfaces. The post body 72 is made of an aluminum extrusion mold material, has a square cylindrical portion 74 at the center, forms an edge portion 75 having an arrow-shaped cross section from one corner portion thereof, and faces the edge portion 75. Extension portions 76 and 76 each having a substantially L-shaped cross section are formed at one corner portion, and the groove portion 77 is formed by the edge portion 75 and the extension portion 76, and extends outwardly integrally formed with the edge of the extension portion 76. The flange portion 78 and one surface of the edge portion 75 are joined to the flange portions 20 and 20 of the end member 19 of the unit panel 1. And the opening 79 and 79 which fit the latching tool 82 in the upper and lower parts of the outer two surfaces of the said post main body 72 are formed. Here, the locking member 82 has an upward locking piece 83. And the lower latching | locking part 80 and the upper latching | locking part 81 are each formed in the lower end part and upper end part in the concave groove part 77 of the said post main body 72, and the lower connection tool 8, the upper connection tool 9, and the fastener 10 similarly to the above. Can be connected to the end member 19 of the unit panel 1. Here, the pair of flange portions 20 and the flange portions 78 that are joined to each other between the unit panel 1 and the corner posts 4 constitute vertical joints.

As shown in FIG. 17, the post cover 73 is formed by processing an aluminum extruded mold having the same corrugated surface as the surface of the unit panel 1 to form an L shape in plan view. This mold material is formed with downwardly engaging portions 84 and 84 at the inner upper end and lower portion, and upper and lower edges are formed with end edges 85 and 85 similar to the engaging edge 30 of the unit panel 1, and The upper locking portions 86 and 86 are formed on the inner upper and lower ends, and an L-shaped shape retaining member 87 made of synthetic resin is fitted into the corner portion bent at 90 degrees using the locking portions 86. The shape is maintained. The mold member has an inclined surface of 45 degrees on the end surface, and the shape-retaining member 87 is fitted to the upper and lower locking portions 86, 86 in a state where they are joined to each other. Alternatively, a 90-degree V-shaped cut may be made in the middle of the mold material without being completely cut off, and the cut surface may be joined by bending at this portion to form a corner portion having a 90-degree angle. Is possible. The locking portion 84 and the locking portion 86 have a substantially L-shaped cross section and are formed in parallel along the extrusion direction (longitudinal direction) of the mold material.

Then, the end member 19 of the unit panel 1 is joined to the side of the post body 72 having the two edge portions 75 and the flange portion 78, and similarly to the lower connector 8, the upper connector 9, and the fastener 10. Connect. .. Are attached to the remaining two openings 79... Of the post body 72, respectively, and the locking portions 84 of the post cover 73 are locked. FIG. 26A is a cross-sectional view of the post body 72 with an L-shaped post cover 73 attached thereto.

As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the post cap 5 is provided with a fitting projection 88 which is fitted to the upper end portion of the cylindrical portion 74 of the post main body 72 at the lower portion and a claw on one side surface of the connecting side. A piece 89 is protruded, and the claw piece 89 is stopped from above by the concave portion 64 of the cap cap 3 to prevent the cap 89 from coming off. Further, the post cap 5 has a decorative surface having the same appearance as the headboard cover 12 on three sides other than the one side on which the claw pieces 89 project, and specifically, the same as the surface plate 13 of the unit panel 1. The corrugated surface extends in the horizontal direction and repeats in the vertical direction. Further, in a state where the post cap 5 is fitted to the upper end of the post main body 72, the side surface of the post cap 5 on the panel connecting surface side of the post main body 72 is half the thickness of the flange portion 62 of the cap head cap 3. Only located inside. In other words, in a state where the flange portion 62 of the cap head cap 3 and the side surface of the post cap 5 are joined, half of the flange portion 62 overlaps with the edge portion including the flange portion 78 of the post body 72, thereby causing a vertical joint. And the flange part 62 continues up and down.

As shown in FIG. 18A, after connecting the two unit panels 1 and 1 in an L shape in plan view via the post main body 72, the post main body 72 is connected to the post main body 72 as shown in FIG. A post cap 5 is fitted to the upper end. In this state, dimensions are set so that the peripheral end portions of the flange portion 78 and the edge portion 75 of the post body 72 are exposed from the post cap 5 on the two surfaces on the connection side of the post body 72. In addition, with the cap base 11 attached to the upper end of each unit panel 1 as described above, a gap twice as thick as the flange 20 is provided between the end of the cap base 11 and the post cap 5. . The claw piece 89 of the post cap 5 protrudes to one connecting side. Then, as shown in FIG. 19A, the claw pieces of the post cap 5 are fitted to the end portions of the respective cap bases 11 facing the post caps 5 by fitting the cap caps 3 from above. 89 is stopped from above by the concave portion 64 of one of the cap head caps 3. Here, the lower edge of the portion where the concave portion 64 of the flange portion 62 is formed serves as a stopper for stopping the claw piece 89 of the post cap 5 from above. If it is not necessary to provide the recess 64 due to the relationship with the tool 9 and the connection plate 53, the lower edge of the flange portion 62 becomes the stop portion that stops the claw piece 89 of the post cap 5 as it is from above. Here, half of the thickness of the flange portion 62 of the cap board cap 3 is placed on the edge portion of the flange portion 78 and the edge portion 75 of the post body 72. Finally, as shown in FIG. 19B, the head cover 12 is mounted on the head base 11 using the fitting members 57,. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 20, the mounting portion 63 of the cap board cap 3 is pressed from above by the cap board cover 12, and the upward movement of the cap board cap 3 is restricted, so that the lifting of the post cap 5 is restricted. It will not easily come off the post body 72.

As shown in FIG. 21, the shape retaining member 87 is a synthetic resin member in which two fitting pieces 90, 90 are arranged in an L shape in plan view, and both the fitting pieces 90, 90 are formed on the post cover 73. In order to fit the upward locking portions 86 and 86 from above and maintain the fitted state, each fitting piece 90 is formed with a part of an elastic piece 91 that presses against the locking portion 86.

A lateral groove 92 continuous to the hanging groove 32 is formed between the upper and lower post covers 73, 73, and a lateral groove 92 is also formed between the synthetic resin post cap 5 and the uppermost post cover 73. It is continuous with the hanging groove 32.

3 and 22, the T-shaped connecting portion is substantially the same as the above-described L-shaped connecting portion, but the post body 93 of the corner post 4 (4B) in this case is adjacent to each other. Edge portions 75 and 75 are formed at the two corner portions, the extension portions 76 are formed at the corner portions adjacent to the edge portions 75, respectively, and the post cover 94 has a linear plan view shape. ing. As shown in FIG. 22 (a), each of the unit panels 1 is provided on one surface of the post body 93 having two edge portions 75, 75 and two surfaces having a flange portion 78 adjacent to each edge portion 75. These end members 19 are joined and connected by the lower connector 8, the upper connector 9, and the fastener 10 in the same manner as described above. Then, although not shown in the drawings, the locking tools 82 and 82 are fitted into the openings 79 and 79 formed on the outer surface of the post body 93 in the same manner as described above, and the locking portions 84 and 84 of the linear post cover 94 are locked. And hold. In the same manner as described above, a lateral groove 95 continuous to the hanging groove 32 is formed between the upper and lower post covers 94, and a lateral groove 95 is also formed between the post cap 5 and the uppermost post cover 94. Yes. Further, as shown in FIG. 22 (b), the flange portion 62 of the cap board cap 3 that is fitted to the cap board base 11 and pressed down by the cap board cover 12 is in contact with the three surfaces on the connection side of the post cap 5. The claw piece 89 of the post cap 5 is abutted by the concave portion 64 of any one of the cap caps 3 so as to prevent it from being removed.

23, the cross-shaped connecting portion has a structure in which edge portions 75,... Are formed in the four corner portions of the post body 96 of the corner post 4 (4C), and the unit panel 1 is provided on each surface. ,... Are connected, so that the post cover as described above is unnecessary. That is, as shown in FIG. 23 (a), the end member 19 of the unit panel 1 is joined to the edge portions 75, 75 of the post body 96, and the lower connector 8, the upper connector 9, and the fastening as described above. Connect with the tool 10. In the same manner as described above, the flange portions 62 of the cap board cap 3 that is fitted to the cap board base 11 and pressed down by the cap board cover 12 are in contact with the four connecting side surfaces of the post cap 5, and any of the cap board caps. 3, the claw piece 89 of the post cap 5 is abutted by the recess 64 to prevent the post cap 5 (see FIG. 23B).

Finally, the processing of the termination unit will be described with reference to FIGS. 24 and 18. The post body 97 of the end post 6 is connected to the end of the unit panel 1 located at the end in the same manner as described above, and an end cover 98 having a U-shape in plan view is attached so as to cover the side surface of the post body 97, and the post body The end cap 7 is fitted on the upper end of 97. The end post 6 includes a post body 97, an end cover 98, and an end cap 7.

The post body 97 is made of an aluminum extruded die having a cross-sectional shape similar to that of the end member 19, and has a recessed groove portion 99 similar to the recessed groove portion 77 of the corner post 4 and flanges 100, 100 on both sides thereof. doing. When the flange portions 100, 100 of the post body 97 and the flange portions 20, 20 of the end member 19 of the unit panel 1 are joined, the concave and convex fitting is performed so as not to be shifted outward from the panel surface as described above. Yes. Then, a lower locking portion 101 similar to the lower locking portion 80 is formed at the lower end portion inside the recessed groove portion 99 of the post body 97, and an upper locking portion similar to the upper locking portion 81 is formed at the upper end portion. 102, and the post body 97 can be connected to the end member 19 using the lower connector 8, the upper connector 9, and the fastener 10. As shown in FIGS. 24 and 26 (b), openings 103, 103 are formed at the bottom of the upper and lower portions of the concave groove 99 of the post body 97, and a locking tool 82 is attached to the openings 103, 103. The locking portions 84 and 84 of the end cover 98 are locked to the upward locking piece 83 of the stopper 82. Here, the pair of flange portions 20 and the flange portion 100 which are joined to each other between the unit panel 1 and the end post 6 constitute a vertical joint.

The end cover 98 is formed by using the same mold material as that of the post cover 73 and is formed into a U-shape in plan view, and the shape retaining members 87 are respectively fitted to the engaging portions 86 and 86 corner portions. Here, between the end edges 85 of the upper and lower end covers 98, as shown in FIG. 4, a lateral groove 104 continuous with the hanging groove 32 is formed. Further, an end cap 7 made of synthetic resin is attached to the space between the upper end of the uppermost end cover 98 and the end of the headboard 2, and the same is applied between the end cap 7 and the uppermost end cover 98. A lateral groove 104 is formed.

A fitting projection 105 that fits to the upper end of the post body 97 is formed at the lower portion of the end cap 7, and a claw piece 106 is projected from one side of the connecting side. Then, after the fitting protrusion 105 of the end cap 7 is fitted to the upper end portion of the post body 97, the claw piece 106 is moved upward by the concave portion 64 of the cap board cap 3 fitted to the end portion of the cap base 11 from above. Since the mounting portion 63 of the cap board cap 3 is stopped from above at the end of the cap board cover 12 by fitting the cap board cover 12 from above the cap board cap 3, the cap board cap 3 Is prevented from coming out upward. In some cases, the unit panel 1 is connected to the left and right at different heights. In this case, the end post 6 is connected to the side end of the higher unit panel 1 to conceal the end. .

Here, the locking member 48 having the above-described structure is formed in the fitting groove 29 at the upper end before the unit panel 1 to which the locking member 48 is mounted is connected to the lower or side unit panel 1 by the connecting means. It is necessary to slide the rectangular plate piece from the end. That is, in the state where the unit panel 1 is connected vertically and horizontally, the upper connecting tool 9 exists in the vicinity of the end of the fitting groove 29 of the uppermost unit panel 1, so that the rectangular shape of the locking member 48 is present. This is because the plate piece cannot be slide-engaged. If the unit panels 1 and 1 are mistakenly connected first, the locking member 48 must be mounted in the fitting groove 29 after removing the upper connector 9, which is very troublesome. is there. Therefore, as shown in other embodiments of FIGS. 27 to 32, a newly formed locking member 107 is used instead of the locking member 48.

That is, the upper connector 9 constituting the connecting means is located between the upper ends of the left and right unit panels 1, 1, but the end of the fitting groove 29 formed at the upper end of the unit panel 1 and the upper connector 9. There is a space in between and a lower portion of the locking member 107 is provided with a locking portion that drops into the space and slides from the open end of the fitting groove 29.

First, the fitting groove 29 of the unit panel 1 is formed in a cross-sectional shape in which the inside is wider than the opening edge between the protrusions 28, 28 constituting the upper fitting portion 16. More specifically, the fitting groove 29 has a shape having locking edges 108, 108 inside the protrusions 28, 28 and a relief groove 109 for receiving the tip of the screw 47 at the bottom.

29 to 31, the locking member 107 has a substantially V shape when viewed from the front, and projecting pieces 110 and 110 that are locked to the locking edges 108 and 108 at the center lower end portion. Is formed so as to project from both the front and rear sides, and a cylindrical portion 111 that enters the escape groove 109 is formed at the lower portion thereof, and the spacing between the protrusions 28 and 28 and the engaging portion 39 of the upper connector 9 are formed on both sides. The arm portions 112 and 112 having a thickness smaller than the width of the opening portion of the engaging recess constituting the same are integrally formed, and projections 113 and 113 similar to the projection 52 are provided on the upper ends of the arm portions 112 and 112, respectively. Further, a screw hole 114 penetrating vertically is formed between the projecting pieces 110 and 110 and in the central portion of the cylindrical portion 111. The aforementioned locking portions correspond to the projecting pieces 110 and 110 and the cylindrical portion 111.

Also in this embodiment, the headboard base 11 and the connecting plate 53 have basically the same shape, and the headboard base 11 has a through hole 49 corresponding to the screw hole 114 and the projecting pieces 110, 110 of the locking member 107. Square holes 50 and 50 are provided, and the connecting plate 53 has through holes 54 and square holes 55 and 55. On the other hand, a notch 115 is formed at the upper end of the cylindrical portion of the end member 19 attached to the side end of the unit panel so as to open the end of the relief groove 109 of the fitting groove 29. Since other configurations are the same as those described above, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

When the locking member 107 of the present embodiment is used, the required number of the locking members 107 is previously set in the fitting groove 29 at the upper end of the unit panel 1 in the same manner as described above, and the projecting pieces 110 and 110 and the cylindrical portion 111 from that end. The unit panel 1 is connected to the lower and side unit panels 1,... Using the lower connector 8, the upper connector 9, and the fastener 10 constituting the connecting means. Then, the fitting part 45 of the cap board base 11 is fitted to the upper fitting part 16 of the unit panel 1, and the projections 113, 113 of the locking member 107 are engaged with the square holes 50, 50. The projections 113 of the locking member 107 are engaged with the square holes 55 of the connecting plate 53 placed on the protrusion 68 of the eleven from above, and finally the screw 47 is connected to the through hole 54 of the connecting plate 53 and the headboard base. 11 through holes 49 and screwed into the screw holes 114 of the locking member 107 to be tightened.

If the locking member 107 of this embodiment is used, the locking member 107 can be slidably engaged with the fitting groove 29 of the unit panel 1 even after the unit panels 1 are connected. 31 and 32, the upper, lower, left and right unit panels 1,... Are connected by connecting means, and even when the upper connecting member 9 exists between the uppermost unit panels 1, 1, the locking member 107 is provided. The projecting pieces 110 and 110 and the cylindrical portion 11 are inserted into a space between the end portion of the upper fitting portion 16 of the unit panel 1 and the engaging portion 39 of the upper connector 9 and formed in the end member 19. Since the end portion of the fitting groove 29 is completely opened by the cutout portion 115, the protruding pieces 110 and 110 and the cylinder portion 11 can be slidably engaged with the fitting groove 29. In this case, since the thickness of the arm portions 112 and 112 of the locking member 107 is set to be narrower than the width of the fitting groove 29 and the opening portion of the engaging portion 39 of the upper connector 9, there is no problem. It can be dropped without any problems. The same applies to the case where the corner posts 4 and the end posts 6 are connected to the unit panel 1.
