Abstract
【解決手段】部材aのき裂c,d発生領域に加熱用レーザビームL1を照射して部材の溶融温度よりも低い温度に加熱する加熱用レーザビーム照射工程と、加熱用レーザビームL1に追随させて部材のき裂発生領域に溶接用レーザビームL2を照射することにより部材の溶融温度以上の加熱を行い,表面き裂の開口部を封止する溶接用レーザビーム照射工程とを備える。

Description
図1は本発明の第1実施形態による表面き裂の封止方法を示す説明図であり、溶接装置の要部構成および作用を示している。図2および図3は作用説明図である。
本実施形態では、レーザビームLを1本の光ファイバ14で伝送した後、ハーフミラー15により、加熱用レーザビームL1と溶接用レーザビームL2とに分ける表面き裂の封止方法について説明する。なお、本実施形態では、加熱用レーザビームL1と溶接用レーザビームL2との照射方法以外については第1実施形態と同様であるから、第1実施形態と同様の工程については、図4に図1と同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (8)
- 部材の表面に発生した開口部を有するき裂に沿ってレーザビームを照射し、前記部材のき裂発生領域を加熱により溶融させて前記き裂を封止する表面き裂の封止方法であって、前記部材のき裂発生領域に加熱用レーザビームを照射して前記部材の溶融温度よりも低い温度に加熱する加熱用レーザビーム照射工程と、前記加熱用レーザビームに追随させて前記部材のき裂発生領域に溶接用レーザビームを照射することにより前記部材の溶融温度以上の加熱を行い前記表面き裂の開口部を封止する溶接用レーザビーム照射工程とを備えることを特徴とする表面き裂の封止方法。
- 前記加熱用レーザビームの平均エネルギ密度を、1500W/cm2以下とする請求項1記載の表面き裂の封止方法。
- 前記溶接用レーザビームの平均エネルギ密度を、7000W/cm2以上とする請求項1記載の表面き裂の封止方法。
- 前記加熱用レーザビームと、前記溶接用レーザビームとのビーム中心間の距離を、溶接進行方向において10mm以上とする請求項1記載の表面き裂の封止方法。
- 前記加熱用レーザビームおよび前記溶接用レーザビームを、それぞれ異なる光ファイバで伝送する請求項1記載の表面き裂の封止方法。
- 前記加熱用レーザビームおよび前記溶接用レーザビームをそれぞれ異なるノズルから照射し、これらのノズル間にカバーを配置して前記き裂の封止を行う請求項1記載の表面き裂の封止方法。
- 前記加熱用レーザビームの照射位置と、前記溶接用レーザビームの照射位置とを、溶接線と直交する方向において1mm以上ずらした位置に設定する請求項1記載の表面き裂の封止方法。
- レーザビームを1本の光ファイバで伝送した後、ハーフミラーにより前記加熱用レーザビームと前記溶接用レーザビームとに分ける請求項1記載の表面き裂の封止方法。
