【解決手段】複数の固形成分を含有するコート層4を弾性層3の外周面に備えて成るローラ1を製造する方法であって、前記コート層4を形成するコート層形成高分子成分の溶液と、前記コート層4に含有される複数の固形成分それぞれを単独で分散させた複数の分散液とを混合して、コート層形成液を調製し、前記コート層形成液を、軸体の外周面に形成された弾性層3を備えたローラ原体の外周面に、塗布して、硬化することを特徴とするローラ1の製造方法。

請求項1は、複数の固形成分を含有するコート層を弾性層の外周面に備えて成るローラを製造する方法であって、前記コート層を形成するコート層形成高分子成分の溶液と、前記コート層に含有される複数の固形成分それぞれを単独で分散させた複数の分散液とを混合して、コート層形成液を調製し、前記コート層形成液を、軸体の外周面に形成された弾性層を備えたローラ原体の外周面に、塗布して、硬化することを特徴とするローラの製造方法であり、
請求項2は、前記固形成分それぞれは、30μm以下の一次粒子径を有する粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローラの製造方法であり、
請求項3は、前記コート層形成高分子成分は、ポリウレタン又はポリウレアであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のローラの製造方法である。
ゴム組成物が後述する付加硬化型ミラブル導電性シリコーンゴム組成物である場合には、例えば、押出成形等を選択することができ、ゴム組成物が後述する付加硬化型液状導電性シリコーンゴム組成物である場合には、例えば、金型を用いる成形法を選択することができる。ゴム組成物を硬化させる際の加熱温度は、付加硬化型ミラブル導電性シリコーンゴム組成物の場合は、100〜500℃、特に120〜300℃、時間は数秒以上1時間以下、特に10秒以上〜35分以下であるのが好ましく、付加硬化型液状導電性シリコーンゴム組成物の場合は、100〜300℃、特に110〜200℃、時間は30分〜5時間、特に1〜3時間であるのが好ましい。また、必要に応じ、付加硬化型ミラブル導電性シリコーンゴム組成物の場合は、100〜200℃で1〜20時間程度の硬化条件で、また、付加硬化型液状導電性シリコーンゴム組成物の場合は、120〜250℃で30〜70時間程度の硬化条件で、二次架橋してもよい。また、ゴム組成物は既知の方法で発泡硬化させることにより、気泡を有するスポンジ状弾性層を容易に形成することもできる。
ここで、Rは、同一又は異なっていてもよい、置換又は非置換の一価炭化水素基、好ましくは炭素原子数1〜12、より好ましくは炭素原子数1〜8の一価炭化水素基であり、nは1.95〜2.05の正数である。
ここで、前記平均組成式(2)におけるR1は互いに同一又は異種の炭素原子数1〜10、好ましくは炭素原子数1〜8の非置換又は置換の一価炭化水素基であり、aは1.5〜2.8、好ましくは1.8〜2.5、より好ましくは1.95〜2.02の範囲の正数である。
ここで、前記平均組成式(3)におけるR2は互いに同一又は異種の炭素原子数1〜10の置換又は非置換の一価炭化水素基である。また、bは0.7〜2.1、cは0.001〜1.0で、かつb+cは0.8〜3.0を満足する正数である。
まず、分散液(S1〜S5、C1及びC2並びにR1及びR2)、コート層形成高分子成分の溶液(P1〜P3)をそれぞれ調製した。

Claims (3)
- 複数の固形成分を含有するコート層を弾性層の外周面に備えて成るローラを製造する方法であって、
前記コート層を形成するコート層形成高分子成分の溶液と、前記コート層に含有される複数の固形成分それぞれを単独で分散させた複数の分散液とを混合して、コート層形成液を調製し、
前記コート層形成液を、軸体の外周面に形成された弾性層を備えたローラ原体の外周面に、塗布して、硬化することを特徴とするローラの製造方法。 - 前記固形成分それぞれは、30μm以下の一次粒子径を有する粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローラの製造方法。
- 前記コート層形成高分子成分は、ポリウレタン又はポリウレアであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のローラの製造方法。
