Description

The present invention relates to a pipe repair tool for sealing and repairing a leakage portion of a pipe.

As a conventional piping repair tool, one having a band member and a packing disposed on the inner surface of the band member is known (for example, see Patent Document 1). In such a piping repair tool, the band member is fixed to the piping so as to cover the leakage portion of the piping, so that the packing on the inner surface of the band member is brought into surface contact with the leakage portion and the leakage portion of the piping is sealed. .
JP 2004-324835 A

However, in the pipe repair tool as described above, for example, when there is a step in the pipe around the leaking part or a nozzle or the like is connected, it becomes difficult to fix the band member to the pipe so as to cover the leaking part. There is a possibility that the leaking part cannot be sealed.

Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the pipe repair part which can seal the leak part of piping reliably irrespective of the location where the leak part of piping exists.

In order to solve the above problems, a pipe repair tool according to the present invention is a pipe repair tool for sealing and repairing a leaking part of a pipe, has a long plate shape, and has one end portion in the longitudinal direction thereof. A contact member that is in contact with the outer wall surface of the pipe so as to cover the leakage portion, and a band member that tightens a predetermined portion of the contact member between the one end portion and the other end portion in the longitudinal direction to the pipe, Biasing means for biasing the other end portion of the contact member so that the other end portion of the contact member is separated from the pipe.

According to this pipe repair tool, the one end of the abutting member is in contact with the pipe so as to cover the leaking part of the pipe, and the predetermined portion located between the one end and the other end of the abutting member is It is fastened to the pipe with a band member. That is, the contact member closes the leakage portion and is fixed to the pipe at a position away from the leakage portion. Then, the other end portion of the abutting member is urged away from the pipe by the urging means, so that the principle of the lever with the predetermined portion of the abutting member fastened by the band member as a fulcrum is used. A pressing force for pressing is generated at one end of the contact member. Therefore, the leaking portion is reliably sealed with the one end portion having the pressing force. Therefore, it is possible to reliably seal the leaking portion of the pipe regardless of the location where the leaking portion of the pipe exists.

Moreover, it is preferable that a band member has a plate-shaped main-body part bent so that the outer wall surface of piping may be followed. In this case, the contact member can be reliably tightened by the band member regardless of the diameter of the pipe.

Moreover, it is preferable that an urging | biasing means has a volt | bolt screwed in the screw hole formed in the other end part of the contact member, and pressing the outer wall surface of piping. In this case, by pressing the outer wall surface of the pipe with a bolt screwed into the screw hole, the other end can be biased so that the other end of the contact member is separated from the pipe.

Moreover, it is preferable to further include a curved plate member that has a plate shape that curves along the outer wall surface of the pipe and is interposed between the outer wall surface of the pipe and the other end of the contact member. Here, for example, when a bolt is screwed into a screw hole formed in the other end of the contact member and the outer wall surface of the pipe is pressed with this bolt, the tip of the bolt is in contact with the outer wall surface of the pipe. The piping may be damaged. Therefore, as described above, when the curved plate member is interposed between the outer wall surface of the pipe and the other end portion of the contact member, the tip of the bolt is brought into contact with the outer wall surface of the pipe via the curved plate member. , Damage to the piping can be prevented.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it becomes possible to repair reliably the leaking part of piping irrespective of the location where the leaking part of piping exists.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.

1 is a perspective view showing a pipe repair tool according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the pipe repair tool of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line III-III of FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the pipe repair tool 1 is for sealing and repairing leaked portions P such as holes and cracks existing in the pipe 20. The pipe repair tool 1 includes a contact member 2, a band member 3, and a curved plate member 4. Here, there is a step 21 around the leakage portion P of the pipe 20 and the nozzle 22 is connected. Moreover, as piping 20, the thing of various sizes and an application is mentioned, The piping 20 here is fire extinguishing piping of piping size 4B in plant facilities.

The contact member 2 has a long plate shape and is curved in the width direction along the outer peripheral surface (outer wall surface) 20 a of the pipe 20. The abutting member 2 includes a pressing plate 5 and a rubber plate 6 bonded to one main surface 5a of the pressing plate 5. The holding plate 5 is made of a metal such as stainless steel. The rubber plate 6 is made of rubber such as candy rubber, natural rubber or NBR.

The abutting member 2 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface 20 a of the pipe 20 with the rubber plate 6 at one end 2 a in the longitudinal direction in a state where the longitudinal direction thereof is the axial direction of the pipe 20. Here, a silicone material is applied between the rubber plate 6 and the outer peripheral surface 20a in order to improve the sealing performance of the leakage portion P.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, three screw holes 7 are arranged in parallel along the width direction (vertical direction in the drawing) of the contact member 2 at the other end 2 b in the longitudinal direction of the contact member 2. ing. The screw hole 7 penetrates both the presser plate 5 and the rubber plate 6. As shown in FIG. 1, bolts 23 (biasing means) are screwed into these screw holes 7. The bolt 23 presses the outer peripheral surface 20a of the pipe 20 and biases the other end 2b so that the other end 2b of the contact member 2 is separated from the pipe 20 (details will be described later). In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, three screw holes 8 penetrating the presser plate 5 are arranged along the longitudinal direction in the region from the center in the longitudinal direction to the other end 2 b at the center in the width direction of the contact member 2. It is installed.

As shown in FIG. 3, the band member 3 is for fastening the contact member 2 to the pipe 20, and has a first band portion 9 and a second band portion 10.

The first band portion 9 is continuous with the first main body plate 11 bent in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape along the outer peripheral surface 20 a (see FIG. 1) of the pipe 20 and both circumferential edges of the first main body plate 11. The first mounting plate 12 projects outward in the radial direction.

Specifically, the first main body plate 11 has a polygonal shape as viewed from the axial direction thereof, and is a polygonal shape having four corners here. Further, a pair of inwardly protruding stoppers 13 are provided on the inner surface 11a of the first main body plate 11 to prevent the contact member 2 from shifting. As shown in FIG. 2, these stoppers 13 are separated from each other by a distance corresponding to the dimension of the contact member 2 in the width direction. The stopper 13 extends from one end of the first main body plate 11 in the axial direction to the other end. Bolts 14 are respectively fixed to the center of the surface of the first mounting plate 12.

Returning to FIG. 3, the second band portion 10 includes a second main body plate 15 that bends in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape along the outer peripheral surface 20 a (see FIG. 1) of the pipe 20, similar to the first band portion 9. And a second mounting plate 16 that is continuous with both circumferential edges of the second main body plate 15 and protrudes radially outward. In the center of the surface of the second mounting plate 16, a hole 17 for inserting the bolt 14 is formed.

As shown in FIG. 1, the band member 3 includes the first and second main body plates 11 and 15 in a state where the one end 2 a of the contact member 2 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface 20 a of the pipe 20. The first and second band portions 9 and 10 are arranged so that the pipe 20 is sandwiched between the inner surfaces 11a and 15a. The bolts 14 are inserted into the holes 17 and the nuts 19 are fastened via the flat washers 18 (see FIG. 3), whereby the first and second band portions 9 and 10 are fastened together. Thereby, the contact member 2 is fastened to the pipe 20 by the band member 3, and the band member 3 is fixed to the pipe 20.

Until the band member 3 is fixed to the pipe 20, the contact member 2 can move (slide) in the longitudinal direction while being covered with the band member 3, and fine adjustment of the position of the contact member 2 is possible. It is configured to be possible.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a curved plate member in the pipe repair tool of FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the curved plate member 4 functions as a protective plate that protects the outer peripheral surface 20 a of the pipe 20, and is curved in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape along the outer peripheral surface 20 a of the pipe 20. . As shown in FIG. 1, the curved plate member 4 has an inner peripheral surface 4 a that is the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 20 in a state where the contact member 2 is tightened with the band member 3 (hereinafter simply referred to as “tightened state”). 20 a and is interposed between the outer peripheral surface 20 a and the other end 2 b of the contact member 2.

Next, an example of repairing the leakage portion P of the pipe 20 using the pipe repair tool 1 described will be described. Here, as shown to Fig.5 (a), the leak part P consists of a through-hole, the level | step difference 21 exists around the leak part P of the piping 20, and the nozzle 22 is connected.

First, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the leakage portion P is connected to the rubber plate 6 at the one end 2 a of the contact member 2 in a state where the longitudinal direction of the contact member 2 is aligned with the axial direction of the pipe 20. It contacts the outer peripheral surface 20a of the pipe 20 so as to be covered. Subsequently, the curved plate member 4 is interposed between the other end 2b of the contact member 2 and the outer peripheral surface 20a of the pipe 20, and the bolt 23 is screwed into the screw hole 7 so that the tip of the bolt 23 is the curved plate member. 4 is brought into contact.

The band member 3 is disposed so that the contact member 2 is positioned between the stoppers 13 and 13 of the first band portion 9 of the band member 3, and the band member 3 is connected to the one end 2 a of the contact member 2. A predetermined portion located between the other end 2 b is fastened to the pipe 20. As a result, the leakage portion P is blocked by the contact member 2, and the contact member 2 is stably fixed to the pipe 20 at a position away from the leakage portion P.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 5C, the bolt 23 is further tightened into the screw hole 7, and the outer peripheral surface 20 a of the pipe 20 is pressed with the bolt 23, so that the other end 2 b of the contact member 2 is connected to the pipe 20. A force F1 is generated at the other end 2b so as to be deformed in the radially outward direction, and the other end 2b is urged so that the other end 2b is separated from the pipe 20.

Here, in the other end portion 2b of the abutting member 2 in the tightened state, one end portion 2a of the knot plate 2 is a point of action, and a portion of the knot plate 2 tightened by the band member 3 is a fulcrum. This corresponds to the “power point in the principle of Choshi”. Therefore, by urging the other end 2b so that the other end 2b of the contact member 2 is separated from the pipe 20, the principle of the lever is utilized, and the pressing force F2 for pressing the pipe 20 is applied to the contact member 2. Occurs at one end 2a.

Therefore, the leak portion P can be reliably sealed with the one end portion 2a having such a pressing force F2, regardless of the location where the leak portion P of the pipe 20 exists or the state around the leak portion P of the pipe 20, It is possible to reliably seal the leaking portion P of the pipe 20.

Moreover, according to the piping repair tool 1, since the band member 3 is fixed to the piping 20 at a position away from the leakage portion P by a predetermined distance as described above, nozzles or the like that exist around the leakage portion P of the piping 20 Interference between the support and the band member 3 can be suppressed, and the leaking portion P can be reliably repaired with one band member 3. Further, by fixing the band member 3 to the pipe 20 at a position separated by a predetermined distance in this way, the lever principle can be used, so that the sealing performance of the leaking portion P can be further improved.

Moreover, since the pipe repair tool 1 has a simple structure and is light in weight, it is easy to handle, and anyone can easily repair the leaking portion P. Moreover, in this piping repair tool 1, the leaking part P can be repaired without stopping the operation of the plant facility. Furthermore, for example, when the pipe 20 in which the leaking portion P exists is replaced at the regular inspection, the pipe repair tool 1 is removed, but the removed pipe repair tool 1 is used again. Is possible.

Further, as described above, in the pipe repair tool 1, the first main body plate 11 is bent so as to follow the outer peripheral surface 20 a of the pipe 20. Therefore, the pipe 20 and the band member 3 are in line contact at a plurality of locations, and the contact member 2 is fastened to the pipe 20 by the plurality of line contacts. Therefore, the contact member 2 can be securely tightened regardless of the diameter of the pipe 20 as compared with the case of tightening by surface contact.

In addition, as described above, in the pipe repair tool 1, the curved plate member 4 is interposed between the outer peripheral surface 20 a of the pipe 20 and the other end 2 b of the contact member 2. Since the tip of the joined bolt 23 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface 20a of the pipe 20 via the curved plate member 4, it is possible to prevent the pipe 20 from being damaged. Further, when the curved plate member 4 is interposed between the outer peripheral surface 20 a of the pipe 20 and the other end 2 b of the contact member 2, the other end 2 b of the contact member 2 is separated from the pipe 20. It is possible to help bias the other end 2b.

As described above, in the pipe repair tool 1, the pair of stoppers 13 and 13 are provided on the inner surface 11 a of the first main body plate 11 in the band member 3. In the tightened state, the band member 3 is disposed so that the contact member 2 is positioned between the stoppers 13 and 13. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the contact member 2 from shifting in the circumferential direction of the pipe 20 in the tightened state.

Incidentally, as described above, in the pipe repair tool 1, the screw hole 8 is arranged along the longitudinal direction at the center in the width direction of the contact member 2. Therefore, when the band member 3 is tightened, a bolt is screwed into the arbitrary screw hole 8 so that the bolt interferes (hooks) with the band member 3, so that the abutting member that abuts the outer peripheral surface 20 a of the pipe 20. The position in the longitudinal direction of 2 can be restricted, and the leakage portion P can be repaired more easily. In particular, when the pipe 20 extends in the vertical direction, the contact member 2 may slide down when the band member 3 is tightened. In such a case, the position of the contact member 2 in the longitudinal direction is regulated. The above effects are remarkable.

The preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.

For example, in the above embodiment, the screw hole 7 is provided as the urging means, and the other end 2b of the contact member 2 is urged by tightening the bolt 23 in the screw hole 7. The other end 2b may be urged by being interposed between the other end 2b and the pipe 20.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the pipe repair tool 1 was applied to repair of the piping 20 in which the level | step difference 21 and the nozzle 22 exist in the periphery of the leaking part P, the level | step difference 21, the nozzle 22, etc. do not exist in the pipe repair tool 1. Of course, it is applicable also to normal piping. Further, the pipe 20 may have a rectangular shape or a polygonal shape even if its cross section is not circular.
