配管の腐食などで生じたひび割れやピンホールにより水などの液体の漏洩が発生したとき、当該漏洩箇所を簡易な工事で封止する技術として、送液を停止することなく作業ができる各種の配管補修具が提案され、実用に供されている。
例えば、特許文献1には可撓金属帯の内周面にパッキン帯を重合して配管に捲着し、可撓金属帯の両端に固着された座金を相対してボルトにて締着する配管の漏れ止金具が記載されている。また特許文献2には補修具本体の内面がほぼ配管の外周に沿って形成され、その半径方向から配管の外周に着脱自在に被嵌し得るように開口部を有し、補修具本体内面と配管外面との間にシール体が介装され、この補修具本体を締結具により配管の外面に押圧締結する配管補修具が記載されている。更に引用文献3には配管の欠陥部をシール部品のシール面で覆い、該シール部品に押圧用ボルトを当接させて押圧部品を配置し、更に配管の欠陥部と反対側に配置される保持板を、その両端を押圧部品に係止させると共に、押圧用ボルトの締め込みによりシール部品のシール面を欠陥部に圧着させる配管の補修方法が記載されている。また引用文献4には管漏洩部にガスケットを当て、管を?持する一対のクランプ部材で上記ガスケットを保持し、このクランプ部材をボルト、ナットにより締結する配管補修具が記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、引用文献1および2は漏洩箇所を含む所定幅の配管外周全面にパッキンが密着する構造になっており、完全に漏洩を封止する為に強い締め付けを行なわなければならない。また引用文献3は漏洩箇所を含む局所範囲にパッキンを当て、押圧ボルトの締め込みによって封止する構造になっているが、配管に装着する際に、漏洩箇所に対してパッキンと押圧部品と押圧ボルトの位置合わせをした後に保持板を押圧部品に係止しなければならないので、補修具のセットに要する時間がかかり作業性が悪く、しかも部品点数も多く、高い補修コストになる。更に引用文献4はガスケットを漏洩箇所に当て、管外周に接触させた状態でクランプ部材で保持されている。このような構成において、ガスケットを押圧する一方のクランプ部材が配管とほぼ同じ曲率になっていると、ボルト、ナットの締め付け力がガスケット全体に作用させることになり、ガスケットの封止機能を漏洩箇所に集中させ難いという問題がある。
本発明の目的は、前記従来技術の欠点を解消し、鋼管の配管から腐食などで、直管や曲管部などから漏洩が生じた場合、送液を停止することなく、しかも漏洩した液体にも触れることなく補修可能な配管補修具を提供することにある。
本発明の他の目的は、市販の鋼管を利用し、安価な製造コストを実現した配管補修具の製造方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、配管の漏洩箇所を封止する配管補修具において、配管より曲率が大きくかつ配管の外周長の半分より短い長さに形成され、両端に配管の半径方向かつ外向きに伸びた取付部を有すると共に、内側面のほぼ中央部分にパッキンが配設された円弧状の第1バンド部材と、配管の外周長の半分より短い長さに形成され、配管の外周面に合致する内周面を持ちかつ両端に配管の半径方向かつ外向きに伸びた取付部を有する円弧状の第2バンド部材と、第1バンド部材と第2バンド部材との取付部を利用して該両部材を配管に対して固定する締結手段とを備え、第1バンド部材と第2バンド部材で配管を挟持し、第1バンド部材のパッキンを前記配管の漏洩箇所に当て、両部材の取付部を前記締結手段で固定し、その締め付け力により第1バンド部材を変形させてパッキンを点接触から面接触させて配管の漏洩箇所を封止することを特徴とする。

本発明の実施例について図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は本発明に係る配管補修具の使用状態を示す断面図、図2は本発明に係る配管補修具の斜視図である。本実施例では農業用水の配管に適用した配管補修具であるが、その他液体を送る送液配管の漏洩の補修にも使用可能である。ここで使用する送水は送液を含むものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明の配管補修具によれば、配管の曲率より大きい曲率を持ちかつほぼ中央部分にパッキンを設けた円弧状の第1バンド部材と配管の外周面に合致する内周面を持った第2バンド部材を用い、両部材の締め付けによりパッキンが漏洩箇所を完全に封止するので、漏洩補修が簡単かつ確実で、しかも手際よく作業ができるから補修コストの低減が図れる。
