Abstract
【解決手段】 還元剤を噴射する還元剤添加弁5と、内燃機関1の排気通路2を流れる排気の流れの外側で還元剤添加弁5が還元剤を噴射するための空間を有し、且つ還元剤添加弁5が設置される還元剤添加弁取付部4と、還元剤添加弁取付部4に存在し、還元剤添加弁5から噴射される還元剤が衝突する衝突部41と、を備え、還元剤添加弁5からの還元剤の噴射方向を、衝突部41に向け、且つ該還元剤添加弁5よりも排気の下流側へ向ける。

Description
、触媒の温度を高めたり、フィルタの再生を行なったりする技術が知られている。そして、還元剤添加弁の噴孔から至近距離に、還元剤を衝突させるための衝突壁を設置する技術が知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。この技術によれば、還元剤が排気の流れによって下流に流される前に衝突壁へ衝突するため、該還元剤の微粒化が促進される。また、噴孔が排気の流れに直接晒されないため、該噴孔の詰まりを抑制できる。
内燃機関の排気通路を流れる排気の流れの外側で前記還元剤添加弁が還元剤を噴射するための空間を有し、且つ前記還元剤添加弁が設置される還元剤添加弁取付部と、
前記還元剤添加弁取付部に存在し、前記還元剤添加弁から噴射される還元剤が衝突する衝突部と、

前記還元剤添加弁からの還元剤の噴射方向を、前記衝突部に向け、且つ該還元剤添加弁よりも排気の下流側へ向けることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 還元剤を噴射する還元剤添加弁と、
内燃機関の排気通路を流れる排気の流れの外側で前記還元剤添加弁が還元剤を噴射するための空間を有し、且つ前記還元剤添加弁が設置される還元剤添加弁取付部と、
前記還元剤添加弁取付部に存在し、前記還元剤添加弁から噴射される還元剤が衝突する衝突部と、
を備え、
前記還元剤添加弁からの還元剤の噴射方向を、前記衝突部に向け、且つ該還元剤添加弁よりも排気の下流側へ向けることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 前記還元剤添加弁から噴射される還元剤の全量が前記衝突部に衝突し、該衝突部で跳ね返る還元剤が、排気通路を流れる排気の流れまで到達するように該衝突部を設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
- 前記衝突部は、複数の穴を有する板を備えて構成され、該穴を通過する還元剤及び該板に跳ね返される還元剤が、排気通路を流れる排気の流れまで到達するように該衝突部を設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
