Claims (5)
- 動植物の細胞及び/又は微生物を含有する細胞等含有液体に接触する開口部と、
前記開口部に連通して設けられ、前記開口部に接触した細胞等含有液体から所定の大きさよりも小さい成分である分離対象成分を毛細管現象により内部に導入して分離する成分分離部と、を具備する細胞分離器。 - 前記成分分離部が、対向する2つの平面を有し、当該平面間の間隙の幅が前記所定の大きさである請求項1記載の細胞分離器。
- 前記細胞等含有液体が、血液であり、
前記成分分離部が、前記血液から血漿成分を毛細管現象より分離するものである請求項1又は2記載の細胞分離器。 - 前記成分分離部の内面に疎水性領域が形成されている請求項1、2又は3記載の細胞分離器。
- 前記疎水性領域がパターン化して形成されている請求項4記載の細胞分離器。
