Claims (6)
- スラリー中粒子間に保持された溶媒の排出に要する排出時間を測定することを特徴とするスラリー中粒子の分散性評価装置。
- 請求項1の装置において、前記排出時間が、スラリーとろ材を接触させた際に、スラリー中の溶媒がろ材中の任意距離を浸透するために要する時間であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1又は2の装置において、スラリーからろ材への溶媒の浸透過程を光学的特性に基づき検知することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1又は2の装置において、スラリーからろ材への溶媒の浸透過程を電気的特性に基づき検知することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜4の装置において、スラリーのろ過を加圧乃至は減圧下で行うことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜5の装置において、スラリーに含まれる溶媒を単体でろ材に接触させた際に、その溶媒がろ材中の任意距離を浸透するために要する時間によって前記排出時間の規格化が行われることを特徴とする装置。
