【解決手段】赤色(R)、緑色(G)、青色(B)の3色の副画素開口1R、1G、1Bの配列方向(X方向)での有機EL層2B、2G、2Bの成膜中心のズレを、それぞれLER(X)、LEG(X)、LEB(X)とし、前記配列方向(X方向)と直交する方向(Y方向)での前記有機EL層2B、2G、2Bの成膜中心のズレを、それぞれLER(Y)、LEG(Y)、LEB(Y)としたとき、

Claims (5)
- アクティブ基板上に複数の有機EL素子からなる画素をマトリクス配列して有する表示パネルで構成した有機EL表示装置であって、
前記有機EL素子は、前記アクティブ基板に複数の副画素で構成される単位カラー画素ごとに設けられて副画素開口を形成する一方の電極と、該一方の電極上に成膜された有機EL層と、前記有機EL層を覆って成膜された他方の電極からなり、
前記副画素開口に成膜される前記有機EL層の発光は、赤色、緑色、青色の3色であり 、
前記表示パネルの任意の位置における前記副画素開口の中心をその中心とする前記有機EL層の前記緑色の成膜中心のズレが、前記赤色、青色のそれより小さくしたことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記赤色、緑色、青色の3色の前記副画素開口の配列方向での前記有機EL層の成膜中心のズレを、それぞれLER(X)、LEG(X)、LEB(X)とし、前記配列方向と直交する方向での前記有機EL層の成膜中心のズレを、それぞれLER(Y)、LEG(Y)、LEB(Y)としたとき、

LEG(X)≦LER(X)・・・(2)
LEG(Y)≦LEB(Y)・・・(3)

前記赤色、緑色、青色の3色の前記副画素開口の配列方向での前記有機EL層の成膜中心のズレを、それぞれLER(X)、LEG(X)、LEB(X)とし、前記配列方向と直交する方向での前記有機EL層の成膜中心のズレを、それぞれLER(Y)、LEG(Y)、LEB(Y)としたとき、
