Abstract
【解決手段】ランプフレーム4の前板部4bの下端に設けた係止脚片4dを、これに対応してフレーム1の底板1dに形成した係合孔1eに挿入してその孔縁部に係止させると共に、ランプフレーム4の後板部4gに形成した複数の係止爪片4h(係止部)を、これに対応してフレーム1の側板1aに形成した係合口1c(係合部)に上向きに係止させて、ランプフレームを取付固定した液晶モジュールとする。

Claims (8)
- フレームの内部に光反射シートを設けて、その上に冷陰極管を配設し、フレームの相対向する側板の内側にランプフレームを設けると共に、冷陰極管の上方に光学シートと液晶パネルを配置して、その上からベゼルで液晶パネルの周縁部を押さえた液晶モジュールにおいて、
上記ランプフレームの前板部の下端に前方へ突き出す係止脚片を、また、後板部に複数の係止部をそれぞれ形成し、上記係止脚片を、これに対応して上記フレームの底板に形成した係合孔に挿入してその孔縁部に係止させると共に、上記係止部を、これに対応して上記フレームの側板に形成した係合部に上向きに係止させて、上記ランプフレームを取付固定したことを特徴とする液晶モジュール。 - 上記係止部が、バネ片の下端に係止爪を形成した係止爪片であり、上記係合部が、上記係止爪を嵌め込む係合口であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記係止爪片が、係止爪の上面に一段高い隆起部を形成すると共に、バネ片と係止爪との内角部にアールを設けたものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記係合口の上側口縁部を上記フレームの内側へ凹曲させたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記係止脚片が、その上面に一段高い隆起部を形成したものであり、この係止脚片と上記ランプフレームの前板部との内角部にアールを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記光反射シートの相対向する端縁部に、上記ランプフレームの係止脚片を通す凹部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記フレームの相対向する側板の内側に設けた双方のランプフレームの係止脚片の位置関係、これに対応して上記フレームの底板に形成した係合孔の位置関係、及び、上記光反射シートの相対向する端縁部に形成した凹部の位置関係が、非線対称の関係であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液晶モジュール。
- 上記ランプフレームの下端に下方へ突き出す位置決めピンを形成し、該位置決めピンを、これに対応して上記フレームの底板に形成した位置決め孔に挿入したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載の液晶モジュール。
