Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 金属繊維(2)からなるフリース(1)の製造方法であって、少なくとも
a)金属繊維(2)を有する層(3)の形成および
b)フリース(1)への繊維(2)の相互の溶接を含む方法において、
ステップb)がフリース(1)の区間(4)に対し多数回の溶接プロセスの実施を含む方法。 - ステップb)をロールシーム溶接によって実施する請求項1記載の方法。
- ステップb)の間に互いに交差する複数の溶接シーム(5)を形成する請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- ステップb)の間、シールドガスをフリース(1)の区間(4)に向けて供給する請求項1から3の1つに記載の方法。
- 金属繊維(2)を溶接する装置(6)であって、少なくとも以下の構成要素含む装置。
金属繊維(2)からなる層(3)の供給装置(7)、
層(3)の区間(4)内に繊維(2)の間の接合(10)を製造する第1の溶接ステーション(8)、および
層(3)の部分的に溶接された区間(4)が供給され、かつ繊維(2)の間にその他の接合(10)を製造する第2の溶接ステーション。 - 第1の溶接ステーション(8)および第2の溶接ステーション(9)が、ロールシーム溶接を実施する請求項5記載の装置。
- 第1の溶接ステーション(8)および第2の溶接ステーション(9)の少なくとも一方が少なくとも2本のロール電極(11)を有し、該ロール電極を通して繊維(2)を有する層(3)を貫通させ、かつ該ロール電極が繊維(2)を通して電流を流し、少なくとも1本のロール電極(9)が溶接位置(12)を可変とする手段を有する請求項6記載の装置。
- 互いに独立して電流の流れを複数の部分(13)によって接触された繊維(2)を通して発生できる該部分を有する少なくとも1本のロール電極(11)が構成された請求項6又は7記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1本のロール電極(11)の複数の部分(13)が層(3)の輸送方向(16)へ互いに変位して配設された請求項8記載の装置。
- 1つのプロフィール(14)を有する少なくとも1本のロール電極(11)が形成された請求項6から9の1つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1本のロール電極(11)の回転軸(15)の位置を変化する手段を有する少なくとも1つの溶接ステーション(8、9)が形成された請求項6から10の1つに記載の装置。
- 溶接ステーション(8、9)の位置を相互に変化させる手段を備える請求項6から11の1つに記載の装置。
- 溶接位置(12)の領域にシールドガスを提供する手段を有する少なくとも1つの溶接ステーション(8、9)が形成された請求項6から12の1つに記載の装置。
- 請求項1から5の1つに記載の方法又は請求項6から13の1つに記載の装置(6)により製造された耐高温性および耐食性の材料からなる金属繊維(2)を含むフリース。
- 排気ガス流のフィルタ処理のための請求項14記載のフリース(1)の使用方法。
