Claims (15)
- a) 금속 섬유 (2) 를 갖는 층 (3) 을 형성하는 단계, 및b) 금속 섬유 (2) 를 서로 용접하여 플리스 (1) 를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 금속 섬유 (2) 로부터 플리스 (1) 를 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 단계 b) 는 플리스 (1) 의 일부분 (4) 에 대해 용접 공정을 반복 수행하는 단계, 및 추가로 플리스 (1) 를 압축하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 단계 b) 동안 서로 교차하는 다수의 용접 시임 (5) 이 형성되는 플리스 (1) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b) 는 롤러 시임 용접에 의해 수행되는 플리스 (1) 의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b) 동안 비활성 가스가 플리스 (1) 의 일부분 (4) 으로 안내되는 플리스 (1) 의 제조 방법.

- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 또는 제 2 용접 스테이션 (8, 9) 중 하나 이상은, 두 개 이상의 롤러 전극 (11) 을 가지며, 상기 롤러 전극 (11) 은 섬유 (2) 를 갖는 층 (3) 이 통과할 수 있고 상기 섬유 (2) 를 통해 전류 흐름을 달성할 수 있으며, 하나 이상의 롤러 전극 (11) 은 상기 용접 위치 (12) 를 변화시키는 수단을 갖는 금속 섬유 (2) 의 용접 장치 (6).

- 제 5 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 용접 스테이션 (8, 9) 은 하나 이상의 롤러 전극 (11) 의 회전 축선 (15) 의 위치를 변경하기 위한 수단을 갖도록 형성되는 금속 섬유 (2) 의 용접 장치 (6).
- 제 5 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 서로에 대해 상기 용접 스테이션 (8, 9) 의 위치를 변경하기 위한 수단이 제공되는 금속 섬유 (2) 의 용접 장치 (6).
- 제 5 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 용접 스테이션 (8, 9) 은 상기 용접 위치 (12) 의 영역 내에 비활성 가스를 제공하기 위한 수단을 갖도록 형성되는 금속 섬유 (2) 의 용접 장치 (6).
- 내고온성 및 내부식성이며, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 제조 방법 또는 제 5 항 또는 제 7 항에 따른 용접 장치 (6) 에 의해 제조된 재료로 된 금속 섬유 (2) 를 포함하는 플리스 (1).
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 배기 가스 흐름을 필터링하기 위한 플리스 (1) 의 사용 방법.
