Abstract
【解決手段】駆動軸に連結されて長手方向に摺動する、蓄勢スライダ及び放勢スライダと備え、これら蓄勢スライダ及び放勢スライダが、その摺動方向へ互いに平行に延設された複数のガイドバーにより案内される負荷時タップ切換器の蓄勢装置において、前記ガイドバー6,7,8を3本設けるとともに、そのうち2本をそれぞれ前記蓄勢バネで包囲し、前記蓄勢スライダ3に3つの直進軸受9,10,11を設け、この3つの直進軸受9,10,11がそれぞれ前記ガイドバー6,7又は8を1本ずつ支持し、前記放勢スライダ16に3つの直進軸受18,19,20を設け、この3つの直進軸受18,19,20がそれぞれ前記ガイドバー6,7又は8を1本ずつ支持する。

Claims (4)
- 駆動軸に連結されて長手方向に摺動する蓄勢スライダと、
駆動軸に連結されて長手方向に摺動する放勢スライダと
を備え、
これら蓄勢スライダ及び放勢スライダが、その摺動方向へ互いに平行に延設された複数のガイドバーにより案内され、
前記蓄勢スライダ及び前記放勢スライダの間に設けられた少なくとも1つの蓄勢バネを備え、
負荷時タップ切換器の各切換え時に、前記蓄勢スライダが所定の2位置間を摺動して少なくとも前記蓄勢バネが伸張され、
前記蓄勢スライダが前記2位置のうち一方から他方へ到達する直前に、これまで係止されていた前記放勢スライダの係止が解除されて該放勢スライダが弾発的に前記蓄勢スライダの運動に追従する、負荷時タップ切換器の蓄勢装置において、
前記ガイドバー(6,7,8)を3本設けるとともに、そのうち2本(6,7)をそれぞれ前記蓄勢バネ(12,13)で包囲し、
前記蓄勢スライダ(3)に3つの直進軸受(9,10,11)を設け、この3つの直進軸受(9,10,11)がそれぞれ前記ガイドバー(6,7又は8)を1本ずつ支持し、
前記放勢スライダ(16)に3つの直進軸受(18,19,20)を設け、この3つの直進軸受(18,19,20)がそれぞれ前記ガイドバー(6,7又は8)を1本ずつ支持することを特徴とする蓄勢装置。 - 前記蓄勢スライダ(3)及び前記放勢スライダ(16)のそれぞれ一端にその摺動方向と直角状に2つずつ直進軸受(9,10或いは19,20)を設けるとともに、それぞれの他端に1つずつ直進軸受(11或いは18)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の蓄勢装置。
- 前記蓄勢バネ(12,13)の両端部それぞれにバネ支え(14,15)を設けて当該蓄勢バネを支持し、
前記各バネ支え(14,15)を前記ガイドバー(6,7,8)上で独立して摺動可能に設け、
前記各バネ支え(14,15)を、一方では蓄勢スライダ(3)及び放勢スライダ(16)と同様に構成するとともに、他方では前記蓄勢スライダ(3)及び前記放勢スライダ(16)の最終移動位置に当接し、これら両部材の移動に伴い摺動するよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の蓄勢装置。 - 前記放勢スライダ(16)に、偏心カム(2)に設けられたローラピン(29)と協働するキャッチ(27,28)を設け、
前記ローラピン(29)を、前記放勢スライダ(16)がその最終移動位置に到達する直前に、回転自在の前記偏心カム(2)により前記放勢スライダ(16)をその最終移動位置に更に押圧すべく前記キャッチ(27,28)に当接するよう設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の蓄勢装置。
