Claims (26)
- 氷を形成するための製氷機の蒸発器であって、前記蒸発器のアセンブリが
マイクロチャネル管であって、そこを通る複数の流れ経路を画定する内壁を有するマイクロチャネル管と、
製氷工程中に水がその上を流れる第1の面を有するシートであって、前記シートが共に熱伝導する前記マイクロチャネル管に連結されたシートと、
前記第1の面と前記マイクロチャネル管を連結する接着性および粘着性の接合材料のうちの少なくとも1つとを備える製氷機の蒸発器。 - 複数の陥凹部が前記シートに画定され、前記シートの製氷位置を少なくとも部分的に確定する、請求項1に記載の製氷機の蒸発器。
- 前記複数の陥凹部が前記シートと一体に形成された、請求項2に記載の製氷機の蒸発器。
- 前記陥凹部が実質的に長方形である、請求項2に記載の製氷機の蒸発器。
- 接着性および粘着性の接合材料のうちの前記少なくとも1つがテープである、請求項1に記載の製氷機の蒸発器。
- 前記テープが発泡テープである、請求項5に記載の製氷機の蒸発器。
- 前記テープが粘弾発泡テープである、請求項6に記載の製氷機の蒸発器。
- 前記シートが第1のシートであり、前記製氷機の蒸発器が製氷工程中に水がその上を流れる第2のシートをさらに備え、前記第2のシートが前記第1のシートの反対側の前記マイクロチャネル管の一方の面で前記マイクロチャネル管に連結され、前記第2のシートが共に熱伝導する前記マイクロチャネル管に連結される、請求項1に記載の製氷機の蒸発器。
- 前記シートが約0.254ミリメートル(約0.010インチ)以下の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の製氷機の蒸発器。
- 前記シートが約0.127ミリメートル(約0.005インチ)以下の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の製氷機の蒸発器。
- 製氷機用の蒸発器アセンブリを製造する方法であって、
熱伝導性材料のシートの面に隣接する複数の冷媒の流れ経路を有するマイクロチャネル管を配置するステップと、
前記マイクロチャネル管と熱伝導性材料の前記シートを共に押し付けるステップと、
前記マイクロチャネル管と熱伝導性材料の前記シートを接着性および粘着性の接合材料のうちの少なくとも1つによって連結するステップとを含む方法。 - 熱伝導性材料の前記シート内に複数の陥凹部を形成するステップであって、前記製氷機の製氷工程中に氷が形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記陥凹部が実質的に長方形であり、前記製氷機の製氷工程中に形成される氷と寸法が実質的に同様である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロチャネル管と熱伝導性材料の前記シートを連結するステップが、テープを使用して前記マイクロチャネル管と熱伝導性材料の前記シートを連結するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記テープが発泡テープである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記テープが粘弾性発泡テープである、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 熱伝導性材料の前記シートが熱伝導性材料の第1のシートであり、
熱伝導性材料の前記第1のシートの反対側の前記マイクロチャネル管の面で前記マイクロチャネル管に隣接して熱伝導性材料の第2のシートを配置するステップと、
前記マイクロチャネル管と熱伝導性材料の前記第2のシートを共に押し付けるステップと、
前記マイクロチャネル管と熱伝導性材料の前記第2のシートを接着性および粘着性の接合材料のうちの少なくとも1つによって連結するステップとをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 熱伝導性材料の前記シートが約0.254ミリメートル(約0.010インチ)以下の厚さを有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 熱伝導性材料の前記シートが約0.127ミリメートル(約0.005インチ)以下の厚さを有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝導性材料のその他の部分を前記マイクロチャネル管と熱伝導的に連通して維持しながら、前記マイクロチャネル管から前記熱伝導性材料の部分を断熱するステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロチャネル管と熱伝導性材料の前記シートを連結するステップが、実質的に前記シート材料の溶融温度の下の温度で行われる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロチャネル管を実質的に平らな形状から平らでない形状に曲げるステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 製氷機用の蒸発器アセンブリであって、
複数の製氷位置を画定する製氷シートであって、それぞれの前記複数の製氷位置が幅を有する製氷シートと、
複数のマイクロチャネルの蒸発器の管であって、それぞれの前記複数のマイクロチャネルの蒸発器の管が複数の内部冷媒通路、および前記複数の製氷位置のそれぞれの前記幅に実質的に等しい幅を有する複数のマイクロチャネルの蒸発器の管と、
前記複数のマイクロチャネルの蒸発器の管の隣接するそれぞれの間に画定される第1の断熱領域と、
前記複数のマイクロチャネルの蒸発器の管のそれぞれに沿った隣接する製氷位置の間に画定される第2の断熱領域とを備える蒸発器アセンブリ。 - 前記第2の断熱領域が、前記第2の断熱領域で前記製氷シートと前記マイクロチャネル蒸発器管との間のそれぞれの空間によって少なくとも部分的に画定される、請求項23に記載の蒸発器アセンブリ。
- 前記空間が前記製氷シート内の陥凹部によって少なくとも部分的に画定される、請求項24に記載の蒸発器アセンブリ。
- 前記空間が前記マイクロチャネル蒸発器管内の陥凹部によって少なくとも部分的に画定される、請求項24に記載の蒸発器アセンブリ。
