Claims (12)
- 患者における下肢の潰瘍を予防または処置するための組み合わせであって：
局所投与のためのプロアントシアニジンを含む第１の組成物の有効量；および
経口投与のためのプロアントシアニジンを含む第２の組成物の有効量を含み、ここで、該組み合わせは該患者に投与され、それにより該下肢の潰瘍が予防または処置される、組み合わせ。 - 前記第１の組成物が、粉末、ゲル、クリーム、ローション、水性アルコール溶液、懸濁物、または半固体からなる群から選択される局所形態である、請求項１に記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記第２の組成物が、丸剤、ドリンク、粉末、食品添加物、粉末、カプセル、時間放出カプセルからなる群から選択される経口形態である、請求項１に記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記プロアントシアニジンが、１０％〜１００％のプロアントシアニジンを含むプロアントシアニジン豊富植物抽出物である、請求項１に記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記局所的組成物が、防腐剤、抗炎症剤、鎮痛剤、創傷治療剤またはそれらの組み合わせをさらに含む、請求項１に記載の組み合わせ。
- 約２０ｍｇ〜約１０ｍｇ／患者／日のプロアントシアニジンが局所的に投与される、請求項１に記載の組み合わせ。
- 約２０ｍｇ〜約１０ｍｇ／患者／日のプロアントシアニジンが経口的に投与される、請求項１に記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記投与が、処置期間の経過に亘って各日に周期的な基盤で付与される、請求項１に記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記投与する工程が、少なくとも３０日、少なくとも４２日、少なくとも６０日、少なくとも９０日または少なくとも１２０日の期間の間、毎日、前記プロアントシアニジンを投与することを含む、請求項１に記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記プロアントシアニジンが、植物材料からの抽出物として提供される、請求項１に記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記プロアントシアニジンが、マツ樹皮から抽出される、請求項１０に記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記マツ樹皮が、Ｐｉｎｕｓ ｐｉｎａｓｔｅｒ（海岸松）からである、請求項１１に記載の組み合わせ。
