Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの調節可能なカム軸(12a〜12f、13a〜13f)と少なくとも1つのカム軸調節ユニット(14a〜14f、15a〜15f)とを有するカム軸装置(11a〜11f)用の摩擦トルク変動シミュレーションユニット(10a〜10f)を有するカム軸ユニットであって、前記摩擦トルク変動シミュレーションユニット(10a〜10f)が、前記カム軸(12a〜12f、13a〜13f)の摩擦トルクの変動をシミュレートするために設けられるカム軸ユニット。
- 前記摩擦トルク変動シミュレーションユニット(10a〜10f)が、カム軸(12a〜12f)の摩擦トルクをシミュレートするために設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカム軸ユニット。
- 少なくとも2つのカム軸(12a〜12f、13a〜13f)の少なくとも2つの調節入力部(16a〜16f、17a〜17f)に作用するトルクが、平均して少なくともほぼ等しくなるように、前記摩擦トルク変動シミュレーションユニット(10a〜10f)が設計されることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載のカム軸ユニット。
- 前記摩擦トルク変動シミュレーションユニット(10a〜10f)が、2つのトルク伝達手段にトルクを加えるように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のカム軸ユニット。
- 前記摩擦トルク変動シミュレーションユニット(10a〜10f)が、機械的バネ要素(21a〜21f)によって形成される少なくとも1つのトルク伝達手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のカム軸ユニット。
- 前記機械的バネ要素(21a〜21f)が、ねじりバネによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のカム軸ユニット。
- 前記機械的バネ要素(21f)が、トーションバーによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカム軸ユニット。
- 前記摩擦トルク変動シミュレーションユニット(10a;10f)が、2つのカム軸(12a、13a;12f、13f)の間で直接作用するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカム軸ユニット。
- 前記摩擦トルク変動シミュレーションユニット(10b;10d;10e)が、2つの調節入力部(16b、17b;16d、17d;16e、17e)の間で直接作用するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカム軸ユニット。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のカム軸ユニットを有するカム軸装置(11a〜11f)。
- 同軸に配置された少なくとも2つのカム軸(12a、13a;12b、13b;12c、13c;12f、13f)を特徴とする請求項10に記載のカム軸装置(11a;11b;11c;11f)。
- カム軸(12c)の駆動手段、及び少なくとも1つの他のカム軸(13c)の駆動手段を有し、前記1つの駆動手段が前記他の駆動手段を介して案内されることを特徴とする請求項10あるいは11に記載のカム軸装置(11c)。
- 任意の位相角を可能にする伝動ユニット(24a〜24f、24a〜25f)を有する少なくとも1つのカム軸調節ユニット(14a〜14f、15a〜15f)を特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載のカム軸装置(11a〜11f)。
- 少なくとも1つのブレーキユニット(26a〜26f、27a〜27f)を有する少なくとも1つのカム軸調節ユニット(14a〜14f、15a〜15f)を有し、制動トルクを変化させることによって、異なる位相角を設定できることを特徴とする請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載のカム軸装置(11a〜11f)。
- 1つのカム軸(12a〜12f)に割り当てられる1つの伝動ユニット(24a〜24f)、及び別のカム軸(13a〜13f)に割り当てられる少なくとも1つの別の伝動ユニット(25a〜25f)を有し、前記伝動ユニット(24a〜24f、25a〜25f)が、共通の駆動装置(28a〜28f)によって駆動されるように設けられることを特徴とする請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載のカム軸装置(11a〜11f)。
