Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 瞬間前進移動および復帰する針を含むランセット装置において、
前記針を取り囲んで前記針によって貫通された皮膚から流出される血液を吸引して一時保存するためのランセットチャンバーまたは毛細管チャンバーと、
前記ランセットチャンバーまたは毛細管チャンバーに一時保存された血液を外部へ送り出すための血液の排出口が備えられたランセットキャップと、
を更に含むことを特徴とするランセット装置。 - 操作者によって駆動されるハンドルと、
前記ハンドルと縦軸に接続されハンドルの加圧によって前進するピストンと、
前記ピストンに接続され作動されるプランジャと、プランジャの瞬間前進移動と復帰動作(トリガー動作)を誘導する複数のバネを内部に含むシリンダーと、
前記プランジャの末端に接続され前記トリガー動作によって皮膚を一定深さで貫通した後に復帰する針と、
前記シリンダーの末端に接続され皮膚と当接する開口部を有し、前記ピストンの復帰時に真空によって皮膚を引っ張るための真空キャップと、
前記針を取り囲んで前記ピストンの復帰時に貫通された皮膚から流出される血液を吸引して一時保存するためのランセットチャンバーまたは毛細管チャンバーと、前記ランセットチャンバーまたは毛細管チャンバーに一時保存された血液をハンドルの加圧によって外部へ送り出すための血液の排出口が備えられたランセットキャップと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランセット装置。 - 前記ピストンは、前記シリンダーの内周面に密着するピストンリングを更に備え、前記真空キャップを密閉させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記真空キャップは、排気口と真空キャップ内の空気圧力に応じて、前記排気口が自動開閉されるフラップ要素(flap element)を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記複数のバネは、膨張力によってプランジャを瞬間前進移動させるバネ3と、復元力によって前記瞬間前進移動されたプランジャをまた復帰させるバネ2を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記シリンダーの末端に真空リングを更に備え、前記真空キャップを着脱自在に構成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記シリンダーの末端にランセットリングを更に備え、前記ランセットキャップを着脱自在に構成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記真空キャップとランセットキャップは、透明材質のプラスチック材質であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記ハンドルは、着脱自在なカラーリングを更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記プランジャは、前記トリガー動作中に駆動力を発揮させるためのプランジャヘッドと、前記針を埋没するためのランセットヘッドとを備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記プランジャヘッドは、前記トリガー動作中の瞬間前進移動する力によって、ランセットヘッドの頭部に衝撃を与えランセットヘッドを移動させることにより針が皮膚を穿刺するようにし、前記ランセットヘッドは前記針を復帰させるためのバネ5を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のランセット装置。
- ランセットヘッドの頭部に強磁性体または磁石を備え、プランジャヘッドの末端には強磁性体または反対極性の磁石を備えることにより、プランジャヘッドとランセットヘッドとが磁力の引力によって一体化され、前記トリガー動作中に駆動力を発揮することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のランセット装置。
- ランセットヘッドの頭部をプランジャヘッドに物理的に嵌挿することによりプランジャヘッドとランセットヘッドとが一体化され、前記トリガー動作中に駆動力を発揮することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記ランセット装置は、皮膚に挿入されるランセットの深さを調節する深さ調節手段を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記深さ調節手段は、前進防止条の位置を可変することによりなされることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記ランセットキャップ、真空キャップ、またはランセットチャンバーまたは毛細管チャンバーの表面に、吸引すべき血液の最小量を操作者に知らせるためのゲージまたはレベルの表示手段を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記ランセットチャンバーは、円柱状の毛細管あるいは円柱状の毛細管と注射器針との結合体であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項17のうちいずれか1項に記載のランセット装置を用いて、人の皮膚を穿刺して血液を流出させるステップと、
流出された血液を真空あるいは毛細管によって前記ランセットチャンバーまたは毛細管チャンバーに一時保存するステップと、
前記ランセット装置の血液の排出口を診断および血液分析装置の注入口に寄り付けるステップと、
前記血液の排出口を介して前記ランセットチャンバーまたは毛細管チャンバー内に一時保存された血液を診断および血液分析装置内に移動させるステップと、
を含む血液の採取および注入方法。 - 前記ランセット装置の真空キャップをシリンダーから外した後、診断および血液分析装置の注入口に前記血液の排出口を寄り付けた後、前記ハンドルの加圧によって一時保存された血液を診断および血液分析装置に移動させることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の血液の採取および注入方法。
- 請求項1ないし請求項17のうちいずれか1項に記載のランセット装置を用いて、人の皮膚を穿刺して血液を流出させるステップと、
流出された血液を真空あるいは毛細管によって前記ランセットチャンバーまたは毛細管チャンバーに一時保存するステップと、
前記一時保存された血液を前記ランセット装置の血液の排出口を介して疾病および糖尿測定用のテストストリップに落とすステップと、
を含む血液の採取および注入方法。 - 前記ランセット装置の真空キャップをシリンダーから外すか外さずに、前記ハンドルの加圧によって一時保存された血液を糖尿測定用のテストストリップに落とすことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の血液の採取および注入方法。
