Description
Claims (18)
- 吸入療法の一部として患者が使用するためのエアロゾル供給用の呼吸制御式の吸入療法装置であって、
噴霧化領域(3)の範囲を定めるハウジング(2)と、
圧縮ガス、好ましくは圧縮エアを前記噴霧化領域(3)に入れるためのノズル開口(5)と、
噴霧化されるべき液体(8)、好ましくは、治療的に有効な液体を前記噴霧化領域(3)に入れるための少なくとも1つの出口開口(7)と、
ノズル開口閉鎖位置(図1,図5及び図7)とノズル開口露出位置(図2,図4及び図8)とに移動されることができるように前記ノズル開口(5)に関連して前記噴霧化領域(3)内に配置された、前記ノズル開口(5)を閉鎖するための閉鎖手段(11)と、
患者の呼吸サイクルに応答して、患者の呼吸サイクルの呼気段階中に、前記閉鎖手段(11)が前記ノズル開口閉鎖位置に配置されるように前記閉鎖手段(11)を作動させるための作動装置(12)と、
を含む吸入療法装置。 - 前記閉鎖手段(11)が前記ノズル開口(5)に対向して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記ノズル開口露出位置において、前記閉鎖手段(11)が、前記ノズル開口から出てくる圧縮ガス、及び、前記出口開口から出てくる液体のためのバフルを形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記閉鎖手段(11)が前記ノズル開口(5)の側方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記ノズル開口(5)を閉鎖するための前記閉鎖手段(11)が、軟質で柔軟な材料からつくられた、前記ノズル開口(5)がその内部に形成されたノズル本体(10)に作用することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記閉鎖手段(11)の少なくとも一部が軟質で柔軟な材料からつくられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 軟質で柔軟な材料からつくられたシール部(24)が前記ノズル開口(5)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記作動装置(12)が、前記作動装置(12)を前記閉鎖手段(11)に連結する連結手段(13)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記作動装置(12)がピストン部材(14)を含み、前記ハウジング(2)内に加えられる圧力が前記ピストン部材(14)の位置を決定することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記作動装置(12)が、前記ピストン部材(14)の休止位置を決定するばね部材(18)を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記作動装置(12)が円筒状部材(15)を含み、且つ、前記ばね部材(18)が、前記ピストン部材(14)及び前記円筒状部材(15)により密閉される圧縮スペース(16)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記円筒状部材(15)が前記ハウジング(2)により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記連結手段(13)が前記ピストン部材(14)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記連結部材(13)が前記ハウジング(2)から突出するように、前記連結手段(13)が前記ピストン部材(14)を越えて延在することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記円筒状部材(15)内で前記ピストン部材(14)が移動しているときに、前記ピストン部材(14)及び前記円筒状部材(15)により密閉された圧縮スペース(16)内に空気を取り入れ、また、前記圧縮スペース(16)から空気を排出させるために通気路(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記作動装置(12)がガイド部材(19)を含み、前記ガイド部材(19)内に前記連結部材(13)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜15のいずれか一項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記連結部材(13)が前記閉鎖手段(11)と一体的に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜16のいずれか一項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記作動装置(12)が吸入療法装置の給気ダクト(22)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の吸入療法装置。
