Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 或るパルス時間でレーザビームを供給するレーザビーム源と、
レーザビーム案内手段と、
前記レーザビームの目標位置を決定する制御ユニットと、
を有する発毛制御装置において、
前記制御ユニットは、当該装置が処置されるべき皮膚上の動作位置にある場合に、前記皮膚の表面下の0.3mmと5mmとの間に位置する発毛関連皮膚組織から所定距離内の位置を前記目標位置として決定するように構成され、
前記装置が前記レーザビームを或るパワー密度で焦点スポットに収束させる光学収束系を更に有し、前記焦点スポットにおける前記パワー密度が、皮膚組織にレーザ誘起光学降伏現象を生じさせる局部的閾値より高いことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記レーザビーム案内手段が、調整可能なレーザビーム操作器を有しているような装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記レーザビーム案内手段が、毛包に挿入するのに適した光導波器を有し、この光導波器が前記レーザビームを該導波器の出射開口に導くように構成されているような装置。
- 請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記皮膚の少なくとも一部の画像を検出する画像センサを更に有し、前記制御ユニットが検出された前記画像から前記目標位置を決定するように構成されているような装置。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記所定距離が最大で50μmであり、好ましくは実質的にゼロであるような装置。
- 請求項1ないし5の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記発毛関連皮膚組織が毛包組織及び/又は該毛包組織を養う血管を含むような装置。
- 請求項6に記載の装置において、前記毛包組織が、毛母、真皮乳頭、毛球、外毛根鞘及び前記毛包の幹細胞のうちの少なくとも1つを含むような装置。
- 請求項1ないし7の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記画像センサが超音波画像化システム又は赤外線画像化システムを有するような装置。
- 発毛を制御する方法において、
− 或るパルス時間の間にレーザビームを発生するステップと、
− 前記レーザビームを皮膚組織内の焦点スポットに、皮膚の毛髪に関連する発毛関連皮膚組織内の目標から所定距離内で収束させるステップと、
を有し、前記焦点スポットにおけるパワー密度が、前記パルス時間にわたり、前記焦点スポットにおける皮膚組織にレーザ誘起光学降伏現象を生じさせる局部的閾値より高いような方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記所定距離が実質的にゼロであるような方法。
- 請求項9又は請求項10に記載の方法において、前記発毛関連皮膚組織が毛包組織及び/又は該毛包組織を養う血管を含むような方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記毛包組織が、毛母、真皮乳頭、毛球、外毛根鞘及び前記毛包の幹細胞のうちの少なくとも1つを含むような方法。
- 請求項9ないし12の何れか一項に記載の方法において、前記焦点スポットに供給される全パルスエネルギが、約1mJ未満、好ましくは約0.5mJ未満、最も好ましくは約0.2mJであるような方法。
- 請求項9ないし13の何れか一項に記載の方法において、各毛髪の前記発毛関連皮膚組織に供給される全エネルギが、単一のパルスにより供給されるような方法。
