Description
パルス入射光ビームを受け取るための光ファイバ導光器と、
光ファイバ導光器の光射出端部における光学的機構であって、光学的機構は、
パルス入射光ビームに位置合わせされた中央領域を有する集束レンズと、
中央領域の下流の屈折率分布レンズと、
屈折率分布レンズの出力を入力励起光として受け取るマイクロチップレーザ発振器と、
マイクロチップレーザ発振器の出力を増幅するため、及びパルスレーザ治療出力を提供するための光増幅器と、
増幅器励起光を形成するために中央領域の周りで光増幅器へと集束レンズを通過した光を反射するための反射体と、
を備える光学的機構と、
を備える光ベースの組織治療デバイスを提供する。
パルス入射光ビームを提供する光源と
パルス入射光ビームを受け取り、パルスレーザ治療出力を生成するための、上に定義された光ベースの組織治療デバイスと、
を備える、治療システムも提供する。
Claims (15)
- パルス入射光ビームを受け取るための光ファイバ導光器と、
前記光ファイバ導光器の光射出端部における光学的機構であって、前記光学的機構は、
前記パルス入射光ビームに位置合わせされた中央領域を有する集束レンズと、
前記中央領域の下流の屈折率分布レンズと、
前記屈折率分布レンズの出力を入力励起光として受け取るマイクロチップレーザ発振器と、
前記マイクロチップレーザ発振器の出力を増幅し、パルスレーザ治療出力を提供するための光増幅器と、
増幅器励起光を形成するために前記中央領域の周りで前記光増幅器へと前記集束レンズを通過した光を反射するための反射体と、
を備える光学的機構と、
を備える、光ベースの組織治療デバイス。 - 前記マイクロチップレーザ発振器は結晶レーザ発振器を備え、前記光増幅器は結晶増幅器を備える、請求項1に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記反射体は、前記光増幅器の内部に線状焦点を生むための円錐形状反射体を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記光増幅器の利得プロファイルは、前記マイクロチップレーザ発振器の中央透過モードと重複する、請求項3に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記マイクロチップレーザ発振器は、受動的qスイッチマイクロチップレーザ発振器を備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記マイクロチップレーザ発振器は、励起光を受け取るためのCr:YAG可飽和吸収体チップと、前記パルスレーザ治療出力を生むためのNd:YAGレーザ発振器チップとを備える、請求項5に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記Cr:YAG可飽和吸収体チップは、前記励起光の波長に対する高反射コーティングを有する射出面を有する、請求項6に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記マイクロチップレーザ発振器は、前記励起光の波長に対する反射防止コーティングと前記パルスレーザ治療出力の波長に対する高反射コーティングとを有する励起光入力面を有する、請求項6又は7に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記パルス入射光ビームは808nmの波長を有し、前記パルスレーザ治療出力は1064nmの波長を有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記光増幅器は、ドープされたYAGロッドを備える、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記光学的機構は、前記集束レンズと前記反射体とを画成するサファイヤ体を備える、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記光学的機構は、結晶の前記光増幅器の出力側に出力レンズを備える、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記中央領域は開口を備える、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイス。
- 前記パルス入射光ビームを提供する光源と
前記パルス入射光ビームを受け取り、前記パルスレーザ治療出力を生成するための、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の光ベースの組織治療デバイスと、
を備える、治療システム。 - 前記光ファイバ導光器はカテーテルを備えるか、又は、
前記光源はベースユニットの一部であって、前記光ベースの組織治療デバイスは皮膚への印加のためのハンドヘルドユニットの一部である、請求項14に記載の治療システム。
