Claims (10)
- 内視鏡を介して結紮を観察しながら、個々の弾性バンド(19)によって、動物又は人体に作り出された又は生まれつきの腔洞の内部組織、例えば食道又は十二指腸憩室の静脈瘤、の前記結紮に使用される装置であって、
内視鏡のハンドルに堅固に取り付けられた後、トリガコード(11)を利用して多数の弾性バンドを放出できる自動トリガ装置(1)であって、前記トリガコード(11)の弾性のない部分は前記内視鏡を通して誘導され、一つの可撓性トリガコード(11)の末端部はブッシュ(18)を通して誘導され前記ブッシュの外端部上で後方に折り曲げられ、そこに多数のノット又はビーズ(17)を備えており、前記トリガコードは前記ブッシュ(18)の周囲に誘導され、その上に前記ブッシュを取り囲むように弾性バンド(19)が追設される、自動トリガ装置を具備し、
前記トリガ装置(1)は、一部は前記内視鏡の付属チャネル(15)への前記トリガ装置(1)のソケット形ノズル(3)の固定により、また一部は前記トリガ装置(1)の接続装置(4)により二重固定され、前記接続部分(2)は、前記内視鏡の前記チューブ(14)と前記ハンドル(13)との間の円筒型継手(16)と結合するようになっていることを特徴とする、
結紮に使用される装置。 - 前記内視鏡の前記チューブ(14)と前記ハンドル(13)との間の前記円筒型継手(16)に、前記トリガ装置(1)上で結合するようになっている前記トリガ装置(1)上のU形状ブラケット(4)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続装置。
- 固定具、例えばフック・アンド・ループファスナによって結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続装置。
- 一つ以上のトグル継手(5)を有するU形状ブラケット(4)であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の接続装置。
- 前記トリガコードの末端部は、単鎖型であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単独操作型自動式二重固定トリガ装置。
- 前記コードは、金属ワイアから、好ましくは捩られた金属ワイアとして製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弾性のないトリガコード。
- 前記回転部品(6,7)は、最終位置に内蔵スプリングと内蔵ストップを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単独操作型自動式二重固定トリガ装置。
- 前記回転部品(6,7)は、最終位置で、音響信号例えばクリック音を生成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単独操作型自動式二重固定トリガ装置。
- 可撓性の注入チューブ(12)を取り付けできる集積型の管を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単独操作型自動式二重固定トリガ装置。
- 前記トリガコードの引込みがトリガ装置により起るとき、弾性バンドの放出のため使用されるブッシュであって、
