Description
Claims (16)
- 体外取付けシステムにおいてクランプに接続するためのアウトリガーであって、
長さ部分、遠位端、近位端、および、遠位端側のねじを切った部分を有し、かつ、ねじを切った部分にキー付き部分が設けられた細長い部材と、
細長い部材に動作可能に付随しているとともに、細長い部材に沿って移動することができる可動部材と、
細長い部材の周囲に配置され、キー付き部分および係合面が設けられている、スライドロックとを備えており、
細長い部材のねじを切った部分のキー付き部分とスライドロックのキー付き部分が互いに動作可能に関与して、スライドロックが回転するのを阻止しながらも細長い部材の長さ部分に沿って長手方向に移動することができるようにし、
スライドロックの係合面はクランプの一部に係合する構成になっている、
ことを特徴とするアウトリガー。 - 前記係合面は鋸歯状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアウトリガー。
- 前記係合面は、ぎざぎざに加工されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアウトリガー。
- 前記細長い部材の前記ねじを切った部分の溝と、溝に受け入れられるワッシャとを更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアウトリガー。
- 前記細長い部材の前記ねじを切った部分の前記キー付き部分は、少なくとも1面の平坦部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアウトリガー。
- 前記スライドロックの前記キー付き部分は、少なくとも1個の平坦部であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のアウトリガー。
- 体外取付けシステムで使用するためにキットであって、
ねじ、ピン、ワイヤ、ロッド、バー、リングからなる群から選択された取付け部材と、
少なくとも1個の取付け部材に係合するクランプと、
アウトリガーとを備えており、前記アウトリガーは、
長さ部分、遠位端、近位端、および、遠位端側のねじを切った部分を有し、かつ、ねじを切った部分にキー付き部分が設けられた細長い部材と、
細長い部材に動作可能に付随しているとともに、細長い部材に沿って移動することができる可動部材と、
細長い部材の周囲に配置され、キー付き部分および係合面が設けられたスライドロックとを備えており、
細長い部材のねじを切った部分のキー付き部分とスライドロックのキー付き部分が互いに動作可能に関与して、スライドロックが回転するのを阻止しながらも細長い部材の長さ部分に沿って長手方向に移動することができるようにし、
スライドロックの係合面はクランプの一部に係合する構成になっている、
ことを特徴とするキット。 - 体外取付けシステムにおいてクランプに接続するためのアウトリガーであって、
長さ部分、遠位端、近位端、および、遠位端側の接続部を有し、かつ、接続部にキー付き部分が設けられた細長い部材と、
細長い部材に動作可能に付随しているとともに、細長い部材に沿って移動することができる可動部材と、
細長い部材の周囲に配置され、キー付き部分および係合面が設けられたスライドロックとを備えており、
接続部のキー付き部分とスライドロックのキー付き部分が互いに動作可能に関与して、スライドロックが回転するのを阻止しながらも細長い部材の長さ部分に沿って長手方向に移動することができるようにし、
スライドロックの係合面はクランプの一部に係合する構成になっている、
ことを特徴とするアウトリガー。 - 前記係合面は鋸歯状であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のアウトリガー。
- 前記係合面は、ぎざぎざに加工されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のアウトリガー。
- 前記接続部の溝と、溝に受け入れられるワッシャとを更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のアウトリガー。
- 前記接続部の前記キー付き部分は、少なくとも1面の平坦部であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のアウトリガー。
- 前記スライドロックの前記キー付き部分は、少なくとも1個の平坦部であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のアウトリガー。
- 前記接続部は、止めねじにねじ係合する寸法および形状になっていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のアウトリガー。
- 前記接続部は後退可能な部材を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のアウトリガー。
- 前記接続部は、ねじを切った部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のアウトリガー。
