Description
Claims (8)
- 回転カムシャフト(15)により駆動されるとともに作動行程中に燃料に油圧上昇を発生させ、圧力上昇についてスピルバルブ(20)により、また噴射シーケンスについてニードル制御バルブ(25)により調整されるプランジャ(13)を包含する、ユニット噴射器タイプの燃料噴射器(10)を制御するための内燃機関における方法であって、該スピルバルブ(20)と該ニードル制御バルブ(25)とが、プランジャリターンスプリング(16)と噴射器内の流抵抗とにより発生する通常減速力に加えて作動行程の一部で付加的プランジャ減速力が生まれるように調整されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記プランジャ(13)と前記噴射器ノズル(23)との間の圧力上昇を調節するため、前記スピルバルブ(20)の調整により前記付加的減速力が生まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スピルバルブ(20)と前記ニードル制御バルブ(25)とが、前記エンジン速度について調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記スピルバルブ(20)と前記ニードル制御バルブ(25)とが、さらに前記エンジン負荷について調整されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記スピルバルブ(20)と前記ニードル制御バルブ(25)とが、前記プランジャ(13)の下流の圧力センサによる前記エンジン制御ユニット(27)へのフィードバックを介して調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- エンジン制動モードでの駆動時に、作動行程の一部において通常エンジン動作より早いクランクシャフト角度で付加的プランジャ減速力が生まれるように、前記スピルバルブ(20)と前記ニードル制御バルブ(25)とが調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 必要なプランジャ速度での噴射に使用されるクランクシャフト角度間隔が、付加的プランジャ減速力を伴わずに通常噴射器で使用されるクランクシャフト角度間隔よりも拡大されるカムシャフト(15)を伴った、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法の使用。
- 付加的プランジャ減速力を伴わない通常噴射器で使用されるスプリング力と比較して低いスプリング力のプランジャリターンスプリング(16)を伴った、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法の使用。
